Convenient overnight stop on the way from Bilbao to Valencia.
ChrisOrtonon 19/06/2017 12:20Easy to find hotel from motorway and (payable) parking in underground car park at hotel (ask at reception). Comfortable room and pleasant breakfast. 10 minutes easy walk to the old town centre, we enjoyed visiting the cathedral, the Ebro park and the Revellin museum.
Excellent staff, clean spacious hotel in centre of Logrono
PeterADHon 13/06/2017 22:58Stayed one night here on Camino. We had bikes and the receptionist helped us store them very efficiently. The room was large and spacious with good shower which was useful coming off the bikes after riding 50km from Estella. Its a great location 5-8 minutes walk from the city centre and cathedral. The bar was lively when we came in after the restaurant.
Breakfast was wonderful with lots of hot dishes, cold meats, cheeses , fruit and sweetbreads.
I left a lacoste jumper behind in the room and David Giménez at Recepción had it sent to our hotel in Santo Domingo de Calzada- amazing service! Wow
Very comfortable, clean hotel, great location in Logrono
gallitassion 30/05/2017 18:25I stayed at the Hotel Carlton Rioja for two nights. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and neat and the bed was uber-comfortable. The bathrooms had all the little extras, like comb, razor, toothbrush, nice soaps. The towels were white and fluffy. Internet worked really well. The room had very good air conditioning, and also it was possible to open the windows. The only slight drawback was the tv didn't have any English speaking channels, but I guess when in Spain...
The breakfast room was light and airy and the scrambled eggs and bacon were delicious. A good option to stay in Logrono as the hotel is on the main shopping street and is very near to the tapa streets and old centre. You cannot go wrong staying here.
Comfortable hotel
itchyfeet996on 17/05/2017 19:08We came here with friends to visit the Rioja wine region. Our room was simple but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well equipped with a very good hairdrier and adequate toiletries. Breakfast was also simple but adequate.The bar opened around 8pm which seemed late to us but there are lots of good places to eat and drink nearby. Well located for visiting the tapas restaurants in Logroño.

Philip Bon 25/11/2016 19:45I didn't find this hotel particularly nice with peeling wallpaper and the bathroom door crumbling apart. The flushing mechanism is strange for the toilet was strange and the bathtub was slightly stained. Really the place just seems a little worn out and in need of a refresh. The reason I am giving it an average rating is because the price was not terrible and the staff was friendly. Decent location as well.
