Great location and friendly staff. However, train noise and noise from pub immediately below us are simply unacceptable. Maybe there are enough unwary first time visitors for the hotel not to care but it really is a serious issue that should be addressed.

We booked a single night and stayed several nights in this great value accommodation. There are no Hotel amenities such as restaurant, etc. But the apartments were clean and light. We didn't have a noisy apartment which other Advisors have mentioned.
We booked for the cheap special. This was a bad mistake as it is $130 for a toilet sized room. Pay the extra 25 bucks and get a decent apartment.
The only other glitch was the Assistant manager who was obviously not happy with his life! Watch out for him and deal with the Gals who are without exception courteous, polite and helpful.
I most definately book with this accomodation in the future.

We were attending a function in Church Street Brighton and found these apartments, which we thought were too good to be true. But it was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff, good size (we stayed in a 1 bedroom) and well designed apartment and the bathroom had been upgraded, however, the shower was not good: it was over the bathtub which made it very hard to stand up. But given that was the only fault, we would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed and space in the lounge part of the apartment. Wonderfully close to restaurants in Church street, shops, and the train station.

Level crossing bells ringing and train horns every 10-15 minutes until after midnight and restarting at 5am, managed to get around 4 hours sleep. For the prices charged the property definitely has the money to correct the problems with the correct glass. I found it interesting how management response to a previous comment regarding the same issue is that it is a "challenge" they face, something is only a challenge until you decide to do something about it. Ripoff for the price paid which is the equivalent to a 4 star hotel with a decent nights sleep. Never again, don't waste your time or money.

Quiet but ideally located, 1 minute to shopping, bars, mid Brighton rail station.
Self service apartment....had everything required and everything was of reasonable quality...reception was not always manned but this wasn't an issue
