Quaint Italian apartment
Jessica Won 14/02/2017 05:35This was one of my favourite places my friend and I stayed during our trip to Italy. It was Christmas time this little apartment had a mini balcony overlooking the street below which was teeming with people doing their Christmas shopping and Christmas parades at night but quiet during the day. There was a supermarket up the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants in the street, including a little place across from our apartment that did an amazing pasta bolognase. The apartment itself I really like. It was self-contained, and had a loft upstairs with the main bed, and I slept on a fold out camp bed downstairs. It had a wardrobe, bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and lounge. No wi-fi though, you had to walk about 10 minutes to the main office to have their breakfast and use wi-fi. But we bought our own groceries for breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again.
We actually travelled in December 2014 but I couldn't select further back than March 2016.
Nearest to centre of Sorrento.
twoodslyeon 05/07/2013 10:11The apartment is good fit for a family of 4. Basic kitchen amenities & the shower is a bit small.
The advantage is that is very close to the centre of the town & the railway station. Prpeare to wear slippers in the apartment as the floor is wooden & unpolished. The overall rating is above average
Dungeon
Unikkoon 25/10/2012 16:06The Blue room (former kitchen I think) was really dark like dungeon. You couldn't know was it a day or night. There was only one window without a view on kitchen area. Kitchen was also a storage room for extra beds. The floor of the room was horrible tile floor with dozens of diffrent kind of tiles. There was wooden floor even in the corridor but not in this former kitchen.
Bathroom was roomy but shower part wasn't. There was no shelf in the shower where you could put your shampoo etc.
The bed was very wobbly (so that's only for one person without any action on it).
The staircase was also dark and narrow.
I have to say I don't recommend that Blue room for anyone!
