Good hotel , central location
smith025on 14/06/2017 22:47The hotel has a very pretty situation around a courtyard, rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff are very attentive and friendly.
The gym was poorly equipped but then probably few people use it at this altitude.
A good choice of hotel, centrally located , would recommend for short stopover.
A well designed oasis in the heart of this bustling city
Slow2Melton 09/06/2017 16:52There are many good reasons to visit Cusco (beautiful colonial architecture, gateway to Macchu Picchu, fantastic food...) and this hotel is one of them. The beautiful, old buildings have been carefully restored and the design (furniture etc.) - while maybe for some a bit too much - is quirky and done in good taste and with a sense of humour.
The rooms are huge, very well appointed and wonderfully quiet, especially when you consider this hotel is in the heart of Cusco.
Room service is delicious with a wide variety at reasonable prices and breakfast is excellent.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, the beds large and comfortable, the water plentiful and hot... pretty much everything one could hope for :-)
Amazing boutique hotel & spa with a local feel, spectacular !!
Onyx65on 22/05/2017 19:40My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights prior to our trek to Machu Picchu as well as on our return (they held our suitcases during our hiking trek). From the moment we arrived at the airport, the customer service was exceptional. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with Muna team (helps with the altitude) and great service. The staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects. The rooms very comfortable in all aspects and the restaurant serves great breakfasts, homemade yogurt (yummy) - fresh buffet and local food and great local dinner options. Location is perfect for all you will want to see & do.
Quaint Boutique Hotel
kl6772on 21/05/2017 17:59We stayed here for a couple of nights and found the location absolutely perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. All of the rooms face a common patio which is nicely landscaped. The breakfast is perfect in morning and the service was very attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in cusco.
Fantastic hotel
iritvon 18/05/2017 14:03We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it was just great.
The room was huge, bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Two balconies to our room with view to the mountains and the internal garden/square of the hotel.
Breakfast was outstanding.
We had a Pisco sour lesson which was enjoyable and every evening we used the amazing Big Jacuzzi within the SPA.
The service of each and every one of the employees is fantastic.
Great place to stay.
