I would not stay on this hotel again, overprice and no hot water to take a shower

Very disappointing to have paid $520 per one night and have immediate issue with toilet, no internet at all in the bedrooms and taking shower with no hot water, this is not acceptable on in this kind of hotel, we all learn from out mistakes, now I know not to book anymore at this hotel.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. All the staff are really friendly and helpful - especially the staff in the diningroom and Patricia and Anhello at reception. The food is excellent and the location is fabulous - diagonally opposite the bus queue. Highly recommended.

Our original hotel was booked so this was the second option. The staff is fantastic! Always ready to please !The room were clean but no hot water in the jacuzzi . Problems with the lights in the room.

Charming friendly and clean

We loved out room looking over the river. Our kids were on the other side facing the street and it was a little noisy with the peru rail passing by. Both rooms were charming clean and comfortable. The hotel was super close to the train and they met us at the station. The town of Aquas Calinetes is small but lively and the hotel was very near the bus stop to Machu Picchu.

Quiet and comfortable

Nice room with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. View of the river from our window could have been more interesting. Short distance to the bus stop for transport up to Machu Piccu. Very good breakfast and evening meal at reasonable prices.
