Huge rooms very comfy stay

Views are amazing from here and being next to local restaurants and shopping centres, it is central to many facilities. We had a great stay here and as we travelled with a large group our needs were met all in one space

QualityController_10on 27/01/2017 01:19This property is an apartment style hotel and is really very well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, TV and laundry with a washing machine, iron and iron board. There is Air Con in the bedroom.The bathroom had a shower over the bath. The shower was great with lots of hot water available.
The room I stayed in had a lovely big balcony accessed from both the lounge and bedroom looking out to the Baie des citrons. There is a swimming pool available by going out of the hotel and up some stairs next to the hotel. I didn't use it as it is very exposed to the wind and while I was visiting it was very windy.
The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful (special mention for Jean who was amazing in helping to change my transport arrangements) very different from some of the staff I have encountered at other properties in Noumea. There is a superette/shop attached to the property with a small selection of goods.The superette is open 6:30 -10am each morning and 5 - 8pm Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only.
The apartments are really self catering holiday accommodation however if required you can purchase breakfast from the shop which can be charged back to your room and is available in the small cafeteria next to the shop. This is buffet style but the choices (cereal, yoghurt, juice, breads and egg) although sufficient for a basic breakfast, are not those of a hotel buffet.
There is no daily maid service except on weekends - they don't even change the towels. Complimentary products like soap, shampoo, and even toilet paper are only provided free at arrival although there was a soap, and shampoo left for every day I was booked in. You must renew these yourself during your stay and if you don't have transport to a supermarket the shop has these items available.
What I missed having was an initial supply of teabags, coffee, sugar and milk which is normal, even in apartment hotels, in Australia. As my flight got to Tontouta after 11pm it was after 1am before I got to the hotel after my transport service had delivered people to houses around Noumea. It would have been great to have been able to make myself a cup of tea but there was nothing and obviously this is not something I would carry on an International flight.

The room was clean and we came prepared knowing that although there is a kitchen, is is sparsely equipped.
Comfortable bed, warm water and a great balcony overlooking the sea.
Good value for money
Marulanon 28/12/2016 00:24Great location, between both Anse Vata and Baie des Citrons beaches; restaurants and bars within 1-3 minutes' walk. Good pool - almost always empty. Apartment basically furnished but quite adequate and nice to have washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc plus Aussie plugs as well as European ones. 2 balconies in 2 bed apartments. Only drawback was noise from nearby clubs, but once all doors closed it was minimal. Air con not that efficient so could get stuffy and a bit hot at night. Otherwise great value - staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again! Merci pour tout! Vraiment sympa!
Amazing views and great space
230JanWon 01/11/2016 22:31This apartment complex is right on the beach of Baie de Citrons and close to cafes and restaurants. Wonderful to wake up each morning and look out over the Bay - sunny and sheltered from the wind if you have apartment overlooking the Baie de Citrons. Nice space and a good kitchen with all we needed. I have to add, really impressed with the fabulous sized wine glasses for those lovely French wines you can buy at the superettes dotted around the place! Bakery a ten minute walk up the road for fresh baguettes and croissants each morning. Staff were very friendly and overall a great experience. Would happily return here.
