Recommend to book Premier executive Twin bed room and you'd get double-double bed. Comfortably sleep for family of four. Room size is around 23-24m2.

Rate is reasonably cheap for this size of room in Hong Kong. No complaints so far.

Location is just less than 1 minute walk from Yau Ma Tei Station exit C. Lots of restaurants around this hotel for breakfast and late supper.

Great service; fully-equipped utilities; reasonable price

Casa Deluxe is located near exit no. 3 of Yau Ma Tei station. it is easy to find and situated right in front of the main road. there are shops and restaurants very close by, as well as the local market just 5 minutes away. The hotel provided great service. Universal adapters and LAN cables are available to borrow. The room is clean. Hot water works great, so does the tv and aircon.

Overall, the hotel is certainly a perfect place to book for those who don't want to be right in the middle of the crowded area but also doesn't want to be too far away.

could be worse but not a lot

Bathroom was a glass box and the door did't shut. No soap or spare toiled roll. Room had not been hoovered after previous tenant. We did complain but were not offered any kind of discount. The room was small as expected in HKand we would have lived out of our suitcases due to the shortage of storage but there was no where to put the cases. Wouldn't stay there again.
The trip was just me and my sister and was partly business and partly pleasure.

I had stayed for 3 nights. The room was small, but it's not a big deal in my opinion.
It's 10 steps next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, 7-11, Snack shops, and Sushi store.

Daylight robbery

Due to an oversight following a necessary change of flights, we forgot to inform the hotel that we would be arriving a day later than we originally booked for. On arrival, we were told that the previous night would be counted as a 'no-show', and that our credit card had already been charged for it. This was quite acceptable, as this policy was quite clear on our confirmation document. On departure, we paid for the 3 nights we did stay. We now have a credit card statement for two amounts - the one we signed for at check-out, and another so substantial that it appears we have been charged for the entire original booking. Hence, we have been charged twice for the 3 days we did stay.. So far, we have not received a response to our query regarding this. This is not our first stay at this hotel. We liked it on the first occasion because of the attractive, clean and comfortable room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and its fantastic location, so close to the MTR, restaurants, Temple Street Night Market, etc. This time, however, we found that the cleaning standards had slipped a little and that the room, on the 16th floor, was very noisy - a lot of slamming doors and lift movement, particularly in the early hours of the morning (ie between 1 and 3 am).
