Went there for a few days, it's the very mich the opposite of what is written. Fake address, No reception, had to wait for someone to come open tbe apartment for us then they brought us somewhere else, NO BREAKFAST, no parking, no service, no toilet paper, there was just plenty of things missing that would be useful while staying over like something for disinfecting or cleaning the bathroom, it wasn't very fresh and looked pretty old. Im not recommending this place at all. Especially if you want to make yourself feel comfortable. The worst thing was definitely the fake breakfast because if you're foreign its hard to find yourself around and eat something in the morning. The only nice part about it was a lady who brought us in, she was able to recommend places like restaurants and nearby shops etc but if you just arrive there on your own its hard to get around it.

Would not recommend

Booked this hotel as bed and breakfast, on our way to the airport we received a call from Travel Repulic to ask what time we arrive at Palermo as they wanted to let the hotel know, 10 minutes later we received another call asking if we could ring the hotel when we landed as they needed to make our room up.... When we landed we rang the hotel and spoke with a guy that told us we could not stay in the hotel we had booked as they had trouble with the water there so he had moved us to an apartment, he gave us the postcode and we travel via car there, when we arrive at the street rowdy destination we had to call the hotelier again and he said he would be with us in 10 minutes to show us to our apartment... 30 minutes later he showed up and took us down a dirty narrow road in front of big doors he showed us into a large corridor where we went up a very narrow stairway to a second a door, on into there we were a 3rd door and behind this was our apartment, not what we had booked nor had we paid for, anyway as the hotelier said "you pay cheap, you get cheap" in my option we did not pay cheap not in comparison tho other hotels have have stayed in in the past, the room was clean but shabby, we had a washing machine and fridge but no kettle, we had a cooker that was connected to a gas bottle, the bathroom was clean and the view from the bathroom window was amazing over looking a small built up back with rubbish and scaffolding, by the way this was the only window in the apartment, we also had a door that lead out onto a varanda which was exquiped with a table and some chairs, there was no view from this as this too was built up with buildings.
Don't expect to have anyone there to take care of your 4 keys you have when you go out because you won't. The breakfast we had paid for did not exist although the hotelier said he would get us a complimentary breakfast!! We then discovered we had no hot water to which we found the gas bottle connect to the boiler outside had ran out, when the hotelier arrive to change it the next day 5 pm I might add, he left a carrier bag outside and text us to say that he had delivered our complimentary breakfast, as bag of cossiants and a bag of chocolate biscuit...'never heard of bed and breakfast in a bag' .
And after al that we still could not get no hot water...
We did not stay another night, Travel Republic tried to get our money back so we could find another hotel but the hotelier refused saying that the apartment was more than adequate. We were not prepared to stay in a dingy, no light, no hot water apartment, adding to that if there had been a fire we would have have fried alive as there was no way out but the way we had come in...
I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS HOTEL ONLY BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.....

Very good

Very clean and spacious, excellent service, we arrived late in the evening but fortunately the people working at the street food restaurant outside knew the apartment manager whom came promptly once she was called. The street food outside is the best seafood I've ever eaten! Good location to the centre of the city - 10 to 15 minute walk depending on where you want to go.

Service poor, apartment great

The apartment manager emailed us the night before asking our arrival time, which was great. Unfortunately, we got lost getting to the apartment so we ended up arriving a few hours later than what we had mentioned. Had I not had an international phone with me we would have had no way of contacting the manager to provide us with keys. Once we finally met him, he informed us there was a "break" in the apartment we had booked so we would have to stay in another apartment for a few days. This was fine except the manager left us with the maid, who showed us the room which was nothing like what we had booked, not even slightly comparable. The room was basically a cellar with a tiny bathroom, a connecting room which had to be locked because someone else occupied the other space and a TV with one channel. No WIFI, no breakfast, no kitchen. In my view, this is not comparable and we should have received some sort of credit. However, when raised with the manager he informed us the room we were temporarily put up in was the same price range...yea, right. We also saw a cockroach our 2nd morning.

We rented a car for 4 days, so we weren't around to collect the keys to the promised apartment. When we finally returned, again, had I not had my phone to call him we would have no way to communicate. He took us to the apartment which was situated in a great location, very central. The apartment was safe (3 different doors to go through - main gate to building, our area, our door). Big bathroom, kitchen with necessary utensils and appliances, clean room, A/C unit that worked well, and a shared patio with neighbours. Breakfast was a box of croissants and a packet of espresso the manager gave us the first night we finally stayed at the apartment. Wifi worked great as well. I have no complaints about the room at all. Check out was 11 am.

Noisy but well placed

We stayed at Casa Giuditta three nights. While we welcomed the washing machine and Internet, the location was just above a street of outdoor fish restaurants that didn't become quiet until midnight and across the street was a lovely old church whose bells and Ave Maria started at 7.00am. There was no soap for the washing machine nor soap in the bathroom. There was only one roll of toilet paper.

We missed the email telling us to advise the agent about the time of our arrival because we had had no access to email for two days and had no Smart phone. We arrived at 8.30 at night, no one was at the address and we were very tired. Someone staying in the building rang the agent for us and he arrived not long afterwards. He took us to a different address than what we had been given and was rather surly when I asked him to help us carry the luggage up the stairs. It was not a good first impression although he was helpful later on.

The apartment was clean and the lighting was good for reading. The fish restaurants downstairs were very good. There was also close access to bus routes and little grocery stores and bakeries.

The apartment was very near the sea front where there was a nice esplanade for walking.
