leahcavotoon 16/08/2017 00:27We booked the gaudi suit (hot tub on balcony) for our one night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was large and had a sofa and many other seating arrangements.. nice sized bathroom with separate bath (where you could watch television and was also a sauna bath) shower and 2 sinks. Very comfortable bed and brilliant hot tub you had a choice of 3 settings to use for the jets. We ordered room service for our evening meal which arrived within 30 minutes and was a lovely meal. Breakfast which we had included in our package was also very good with a large choice.. help your self full English (sausages bacon hash browns beans mushrooms etc) a lot of different fruit available cereals toast muffins etc. Would most definitely recommend this hotel but would also highly recommend you upgrade to one of the suites
A Very Comfortable Stay Again !

Comfortable beds, practical bathrooms with all the extras, spacious rooms, essential fridge with 1/4 pt of fresh milk and mineral water. Plus the homemade biscuits.
Tapas in the bar- mmmmmm . Sunday morning breakfast - good service and choice of cold and freshly cooked foods.
Good value for a few pounds more !

frand88on 13/08/2017 22:54Very comfortable rooms, fresh and clean. Choice of bed linen ie duvet or sheets would of been good. Super clean wet room. Good service from the word go. Restaurant service and food excellent. Location from motorway and parking easy. Well worth a return visit.
Rather for Business or wedding week end than for a family stay

It is still very clean and well maintained
Even though casa is claiming to be the best 4* stars in the area . Being upgraded would be a giant step .
Indeed we didn't receive any particular welcome from front desk or management although customer staying for that long is not quite common

Room
Clean and well maintained
Although casa has drastically reduced the amenities throughout the years : nothing in the minibar , no slippers, no sewing kit,
Tv channels choice is reduced to minimum and no kids channel :
Acoustic is weak between room and corridor , especially annoying during week end when wedding are celebrated !
Food and beverage
The team is very helpful
The breakfast delivered is typical English breakfast , quite good !
Nevertheless i had to clean myself the high chair for my baby
Front desk
One or 2 ladies nice but
Not friendly , not very welcoming in general , smile often stay in the closet
And late in evening we did not find anyone several times
Location
Very convenient close to many access roads
In short Casa is definitely focusing on Business customers and wedding party ( the outside area in front of main entrance is often a mess - broken glasses , etc. )
It would miss a bit of outside green area for smokers ..
This was the 4th time we were coming to Casa but this is time was the less enjoyable one
We wonder if we would come again next year as it would definitely lost comparison with Sofitel in Sheffield for instance

This is a great hotel - modern and clean with large rooms and BIG showers.
Its front desk staff are very professional and the team in the restaurant are as good as you will find in a much more upmarket establishment.
