The place is strategically situated and has places where you can buy commodities within 3-5 minutes walk. They have good staff and service. We just had a mixed up coz we did not had bfast alongside with our booked reservations. But they had cafe where you can get food.

Pros:
-nice location since it is in front of people's park
-convenience store is just few steps away
-offers affordable rate for tour package (3000 for 8 hours tour)
-delicious breakfast though few

Cons:
-customer service needs improvement!
not so attentive crew even when you personally come to their desk (I have to change my tone just for the lady to addressed my concern. And I have to return to her just to inquire.)
-few selections for buffet breakfast
-small rooms, little space for walking or arranging things

Tip: you might want to check nearby hotels. We booked there just for the trip.

Great place. Small hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. Very affordable rates and in a good location. Nice van and driver available for trips at reasonable rates. My new favorite hotel in Davao.

STRENGTHS
- Good location
- Old but clean rooms
- Regular housekeeping services
- Excellent breakfast (I super love their waffles, bacons, sausages, beef tapa, tocino and more)
- Nice service from the staff

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
- No bidet in the toilet
- More complimentary water on the Executive Suite
- More lighting in the room

Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel is a very quaint hotel, rooms are small but nice, the service is very good, and the staff is very professional and courteous, I would stay here again. The hotel is right across the street from the people's park.
