Lovely place to stay, clean and fresh - large rooms, relaxed vibe. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Would love to come back here - located within easy reach of alled city and Gethsemani. Nice to be on a locals street as well and see locals way of life too.

Simplicity at its best

This is an excellent small hotel with a helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, inspiring colonial style patio with a pool anddecnt pre arranged breakfast. The room was very clean, bright and all of them face the patio so it may get noisy with people at the pool, though I wasn';t bothered by that. My TV had a problem that was immediately solved by the staff. also as my flight was late at night I checked out and was allowed to stay at the pool till afternoon, then took a shower and left in the eve. The hotel is a block away from the square in Getsamani with lots of trendy bars and restaurants and less than 10 min walk to the main gate of the walled city. Absolutely great. Nothing negative about this place actually.

Located in the Getsemani part of the old Town. About a 10 minute walk to the famous clock tower. Lots of restaurants in the area. We felt quite safe there.
The whole place has been renovated within the last year. Our room was spotless including the bathroom. Desk staff are very friendly but speak only a little English. We were able to communicate well enough. The small pool was clean but unfortunately closed at 6pm just as we were getting back from the day's activities and would really have appreciated a refreshing swim. On the other hand since it looks like all the rooms face the courtyard where the pool is, getting a good night's sleep was no problem. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and quite good. There were five choices, several types of eggs and a couple of other things such as cereal and yogurt.

Pretty hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and cold drinks available on site. Staff all absolutely lovely and helpful. Small pool but perfect for cooling off in hot cartagena. Hotel in getsemani on a quiet street 10 minutes walk to old town and only 2 minutes walk from plaza Trinidad which has lots of food options/ activities

This little gem was the nicest place I have stayed in so far in my 2 weeks in Colombia. The welcome at Reception was great, as was the complimentary drink. Someone was available to help one bring bags to the room if needed. I had room 10 which was lovely. Someone else in my group had room 8 which wasn't as nice but I really liked mine. The room was exceptionally bright and clean and the towels were good. There was AC and a fan.

Breakfast was very good too. Laundry was cheap and done in one day. The only negative was that nothing was folded so it was all clean but very creased.

The location was fantastic, such a short walk to the old town and also very safe.

The little pool was cute to cool off in the late afternoon and part of the open area was still in the sun at 5pm which was a bonus.

It's a little gem.
