Cute place well located
jackie hon 06/08/2017 15:30We chose this hotel for our one night in Venice. Location good near restaurants and little shops. The proprietor was adorable and most helpful. Bed was hard but most of Italy was that way. No tv and there are a few stairs but I was helped with my bag. It was quiet for most part and room was nice and updated bathroom. Would stay again.
Quiet and comfortable
TravelerZ0Eon 09/06/2017 04:20This place has nice large rooms, friendly staff and fine breakfast. The best part is the location, near one little campo with others close by. It was a 10-12 minute walk to San Marco and all its tourists. Or you could walk just 3-5 minutes to the nearest vaparetto stop. Casa Rezzonico is a quiet haven away from all that busy-ness and craziness.
Wonderful Small Hotel
Skip Hon 06/05/2017 12:16We stayed here 4 nights. Had a delightful experience. Our room was clean and well-equipped. Our room faced the canal. Noise was never a problem.
The owners, Matteo and Mattia, are charming, fun and helpful. They clearly love what they are doing.
The location is excellent. It is an easy walk to a vaparetto stop and one can easily walk to most of the major sites in Venice. We ate at several restaurants in the area and made a point of trying every gelato shop in the neighborhood.
The breakfast buffet had everything we needed to have a good start to our day. There is a lovely courtyard with table for breakfast in good weather. It is also good for just sitting in the lounge chairs have a hard day of touring.

Carolina Lon 03/05/2017 23:56The hotel location is excellent, it is walking distance to all the main sites, close to one of the vaporetto stops - ca rezzonico, clean with helpful and friendly staff. The downside of this place are the rock hard mattresses and pillows, very old hair dryers and rather basic breakfast. In summary it's good value for money if you are staying in Venice for not more than two nights.
Great little place
Marcelo_Warmlingon 07/03/2017 22:16Really nice place if you are on a budget. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms as well as the room. Quiet and calm, a short walk from Piazzale Roma and about 20 min walking from St Marc's Square. We haven't used the garden as it was quite cold but it seems nice.
Not so touristy area of Venice, so you can find good places around to eat and drink without spending too much. I would defined stay there again and recommend to family and friends. The breakfast could be improved but it is ok, not a huge selection but keeps you going before your first pasta, gelato or pizza of the day!
