The room was ok, clean, spacious and confortable. But the spa wasn't. At the pool it was a mold smell, floating things in the water, excessive chlorine (the frames of the glasses have faded). Sauna was not available.

I spent a night in this hotel.
The hotel is located in a quite central area. Very clean and spacious room. Probably some aspects of the breakfast should be slightly improved, related to improving the diversity of the offer, but I will surely come back, whenever I have the opportunity!

We stayed at this hotel for one night, in a family room. Everything was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Ideal place for a family with 2 children.
We did not have the time to use the spa centre.
The location was not central, but the service was great.

We stayed for one night only and it was ok.
We liked the spa area - we were almost alone there - only two other people used it that evening. The water and spa looked clean and welcoming. We didn't have slippers in our room but everything was solved in a matter of minutes.
The room was ok and clean, the beds were nice but the air conditioning didn't work and it was noisy from the busy road just below our windows.
The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from - in fact this made the difference for me between "average" and "very good".
On the whole it was a good choice for us.

A person entering my room at midnight with no permission...no qualification. Nobody knows what he/she wanted. Dangerous. Staff at the reception having no idea of her job. The same price paied at a very good Hilton Hotel in Cluj!! To be cancelled. To be closed....
