Good location, good enough for price

Conveniently located above a yummy authentic Korean restaurant. Also very near a lot of other restos, and a K-mart (convenience store). Right at the heart of Gangnam district. Walking distance to Samseong station. Quiet neighborhood. Also walking distance to the City Airport, Logis and Travel center, and CoEx.

Really small room, good for single travellers. Amazing location for those who love shopping in Gangnam

Pros
Clean. It has a small pantry with basic dishes and a kettle, and a induction top that fits a small sauce pot (pots and pans not available).
Location is amazing. Just walk across a 4 street highway and you will reach Hyundai Departmental Store, Grand Intercontinental, COEX mall. All these buildings are connected underground, so you can walk around inside and reach all the malls without getting out of the building.
Cons
It is small. There is about 1.5 feet clearance from the foot of the bed to the desk in front of it. There is a 1.5 fee clearance from the bed to the bathroom.
Bathroom is a small square with a toilet bowl, a metal bowl-like sink. Usable, but not pretty. There's a shower right next to the toilet bowl, so prepare to wet the whole bathroom when you shower.
The lights are white, making the room look very hospital-like.

Old place with great location and welcoming staff

I stayed there with my husband and 2 year old daughter. Initially, I just booked for myself for a business meeting/ conference that I had to attend in COEX. But my husband and daughter tagged along. The room cooking amenities, the room has a sink and refrigerator so I had no problem cooking breakfast. The building is quite old, but still the location is good. Near Hyundai department store, subway, Coex, restaurants around the area, and convenience stores. It is walking distance to CALT and we did not have any problem going to hotel and going back to Incheon airport. Great value for money.

it is good to stay for short term

Nice price and location. Facility is okay. staff was very kind. He allows Early check_in and late check_out. Thank you so much.
I planed to stay at oak wood primier coex but my trip plan was changed so i need to find the place to stay one night. I worried about this place cause price was cheap compare to other. Recommend to stay for short term. Only one bed and wash room. That is enough

Pros: Excellent location and easy access to everything, good firm bed & helpful staff and that's about it. Wired internet connection in the room (no wifi in the room; must go out in the hall way to get wifi).

Cons: Room was not clean, furnitures were falling apart (cabinet doors falling off from hinges, ripped/torn chair, bathroom sliding door fell off from tracks and hard to open and close, desktop edges were worn & peeling), air condition filter was clogged like they never cleaned it, window screen was missing & bugs were flying in, windows shades were broken and filthy, saw mold growing in the bathroom cup and corner of bathroom, toilet seat grout is falling apart, broken entrance foyer/kitchen light, it just goes on and on as if they never maintain the place. There was no office center as seen on the web page and i had to ask the office staff to use their computer.

My friend recommended this place when he stayed back then when everything was new and clean. Well, not any more.
