Great hotel, good service and front desk

The attention at the front desk was very good, I forgot the ipad and other stuffs at check in and the receptionist called me immediately to ask if it was ours.
The rooms have direct access to the exterior climatized pool. The water temperature was perfect
The casino is quite big although we didn't play
It has a restaurant and even the food was nice it was a bit expensive. The good thing is that the have menu for kids.
The room was very spacious and all the installations new and modern.
I definitely recommend it!
nice hotel
m343on 28/12/2016 19:33we needed to stay in Neuquen City for one night in transit during a fishing trip to Patagonia. The hotel-casino is close to the Neuquen airport. The hotel is quite new--about 7 years old. It is still in very good shape and the rooms are modern and clean. It's a perfect place to stay for a night or two when travelling thru Neuquen. The casino is pretty far away no no noise in the rooms.
Accomodations aree nice, but beware Room Service!
0tt0d0gon 11/12/2015 06:13I stayed for a SPE conference. Accomodations are excellent, if off the beaten path a bit.
My downfall was ordering room service. A dessert apparently gave me a raving case of salmonella poisoning, and EMTs eventually had to be called, as the vomiting and other effects dehydrated me. Anti-emetics and saline were administered, and the hotel comped me an additional day to recover. The bad part was that they STILL CHARGED me for the food that sickened me!
Stayed 1 night before catching plane in morning
thomas77379on 31/08/2014 12:29Clean, large spacious rooms, very well lit with free wifi. Hotel staff top notch. Soap, shampoo, etc. high quality. Taxi ride to airport A$ 50 / 8.3 for U$. Both the hotel and the casino have restaurants. The only reason I wasn't booked in this hotel for the entire week was it was full.
