Alma Eon 11/08/2017 01:02We stayed in Unit 20F, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and it was beautiful, clean, updated and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed to cook any kind of meal and a BBQ on the lanai. One closet had beach chairs and mats, they weren't in the greatest condition but we did use them. We purchased a beach umbrella and left it for others to use. Overall it was a great place to stay, but it would have been great to have beach access and a bigger pool with shade. The staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Will probably return and stay here again.

Kcknowsitallon 06/08/2017 03:59Stayed in unit 16E with my family of 4. Myself, my hubby, 13yo and 6yo. Loved staying on the first floor while I sipped wine or coffee on the lanai and the kids cartwheeled in the gorgeous lawn. The rooms were nicely furnished and the appliances were fairly updated. The unit was well equipped and we only needed food and seasonings. Beach and court toys were stocked in the unit. The front office had extra laundry and dish tabs if needed. The staff was quick with requests and extremely friendly. The pool was perfect ...about 1:1 kid to adult ratio and the deepest was 4ft. Loved the little restaurant to grab a quick drink or snack while lounging poolside. Did I mention the beautiful views?! If I go back to Waikoloa, I will only stay at Hali'i Kai.
Beautiful and tranquil resort with stunning sunset views
kimmie2meon 26/07/2017 00:41We've stayed at many beautiful condos and resorts on Kauai and Maui, but this was probably one of our favorite places. Our unit, 15D had gorgeous views of the ocean, was very clean and beautifully furnished. It was a short walk to the the pool and lounge area, which far exceeded our expectations. Located right on the ocean, the sunset view was spectacular from there and the saltwater pools were very relaxing. The bar and restaurant were a good size and had plenty of areas for enjoying a bite to eat or indulging in a tropical drink.
I highly recommend this resort if you want a nice quiet place to escape and don't want to pay the high price of a five star hotel. We had a 1,300 sq ft. two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront condo with full kitchen and lanai for the same price as a mountain view studio room at the nearby Hilton Waikoloa. If you don't need daily maid service or want to eat every meal out, stay here, save money and enjoy the view!
Amazing Property!
Perrieron 20/07/2017 19:32My family of four stayed in 16-C for one week in July. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this condo or resort! First, the resort is beautiful with immaculate landscaping. The pool is unique, deepest is 4 ft I believe, lava rock and landscaping all around, plenty of chairs, very quiet and peaceful. The cafe by the pool was wonderful, with great service. The workout area is amazing! The view while working out is just terrific!
Second, the condo itself: This is an amazing condo! You can sit on the lanai and watch the ocean. You can walk to the pool. Perfect location. This condo is jam packed with movies, games, beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach towels, two bicycles, cooler, plenty of hangers. I would stay here again without a doubt!
