Last minute booking and found this to be a reasonably priced and very clean b and b. The breakfast was first class, pancakes delicious. Beds were extremely comfortable and we would certainly stay here again when we are next in the area.

Our overall experience was very positive. The whole place was clean and fresh. Our room was a great size and comfortable. It was a very handy location, only £3 in a taxi to the city centre. Breakfast was delicious.
The only downside was that we had no ensuite in our room.

A nice little place in a historic part of Derry. The history of the troubles is all around the area and realy comes to life as you walk around the neibourhood.
The B & B is located with in an easy walk to the night life and eating establishments of Derry. Well light streets for night time strolls and friendly people made for a good stay in this historic City.

My friend and I stayed here on Saturday, it was a last minute booking due to unforseen circumstances! We arrived late in the evening but were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble! The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted amazing! Such a reasonably priced B&B, not far from the train station. Rooms are immaculate & the bed was SO comfy! I will be sure to stay here again...hopefully under happier circumstances! I look forward to coming back there!

good location central and clean

this b&b is about 5 mins walk to waterloo street which is very good for bars . the b&b itself is clean and parking is always available and safe. the room we had had a shared bathroom is my only downfall but apart from that its a good base
