Appalling
johhny_smitherson 17/05/2017 04:15Apart from the friendly staff and the central location, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They claim that children under 12 are free, but won't even give you a towel for them to shower with. I asked house keeping and also reception and they refused to let me have another towel as the child is "free" so they don't get one. Also charged me for a new quilt cover because of a small lipstick smudge on it. Overall an unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Creepy rooms on the 3rd floor
John Mark Mon 24/03/2017 10:34It's an old boutique hotel, the first floor was really amazingly fine newly renovated but on the third floor was somewhat creepy or may because there not much people stays on the third floor rooms. I found it unpleasant also you could see used hotel blankets, towels, bottles in the common area and not really clean. There is a free wifi that made my day anyways. The cafe was fine they offer a buffet breakfast.

Just for Seminars Hotel
quilveson 02/09/2016 07:12We also booked our wedding here since the manager is a friend and he gave us a good offer but this is not really the hotel of my choice and i would admit i made a bad choice. Yes its true that the hotel itself needs renovation and their hotel staff needs to be reprimanded, their responses are always tarried. The only good thing that i can remember from them is the good taste from their Tuna Belly in the menu. Just a little bit expensive. Overall, this hotel is only good for a day conference or seminar.
Room is adequate but staffs seem lacking on customer service
Neil Son 19/07/2016 11:15I was there for a quick stop over to Cebu before going to Davao. Stayed at Cebu Business Hotel for overnight. Took their businessman's room. Room is fairly big enough for one. They offered the basics - bed, tv, working table, aircon, bathroom with towel, soap and shampoo. Service is not much, concierge seem to be busy doing their thing, not minding guests around them. I asked if I can print 1 page for my business itinerary use, but was told that they don't have business center or even provide that service. Though I took a peep in an office beside the main counter (happens to look like a small business center to me with all glass walls) and they have a working printer.
WiFi is available but you need to ask them how to access it. This is not part of their standard welcome spiel. Not the usual log in and connect. You will have to go to a certain site and type in the username and password that they will provide you with a certain duration access. Mobile phone signal is weak as well, getting 1-2 bars and GRPS to 3G data access only.
