A centrally located nice clean hotel

The hotel is centrally located with only 3 min walk from the train station and is very close to the Chapel Bridge. The hotel is bright and clean. The room is also clean and beds are comfy, though the room is a bit cramped for a family of 4.
Breakfast is great, tasty and fresh, with varied kinds of food and drinks to choose from. Stefan and his team are amazing. They are friendly and helpful, the breakfast room ladies are also polite and always smiling.
A warm welcome stay there!

This hotel is very close to the train station and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast room is delightful and has a couple extra things for comfort that were much appreciated. Feels like a small family home visit. Only thing that could change would be fans in the rooms if this summer heat trend continues.

The hotel locates just next to the train station which take less than 5 minutes to the station. Many shops, cafe and restaurants around. Room is nice and clean. Though it has no air-conditioning, we opened the window at night and still comfortable enough.

Friendly staff, great location, no thrills hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Myriam at the desk was super, able to assist with requests and questions. Location of hotel is great, around the corner from the train station, less than 100 metres and also only a couple minutes walk from the Chapel Bridge and Lake Lucerne.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station/transit hub - a very central location. It's obvious that the hotel was recently renovated - everything was in great shape. Nice bathroom! The staff - front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room - was very friendly and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was typical European, plentiful, and tasty. The front desk is closed and front door locked after hours, but they gave us a key to operate the door and elevator, which worked out quite well. The accommodations exceeded our expectations for a "standard" 3-star establishment!
The single elevator is a bit slow and small, but the stairs are less steep than usual, so no problem.
