Nice hotel ..its near mall road ..service was really good . Room was very clean ..frendly staff ..and good ambiance .lovely food ..and it's located in the heart of Darjeeling .lovely place awesome ..I will again visit this place.

Hotel is at a very good location and very close to Mall road. Rooms are very clean. Staff was very co-operative and we got a complimentary upgrade of room. Food was good. We had 24 hours running hot water.

Overall satisfied with our stay at hotel.

Nice Stay at Darjeeling

located in the heart of Darjeeling and very near to Mall and Chaurasta one of the happening place in the City. Ambiance at reception and overall is charming, attractive decorated with antique images of Darjiling Attraction with crafty flower decoration. we were actually got rooms where NO view from the room and bed was very uncomfortable,
Food quality is good but prices are slightly higher. Restaurant manager behavior is very good and I had one complained but he responded very politely. Wifi is very bad.

We were on trip to Gangtok and our flight got cancelled due to some issues so we got two more days in hand now so we planned to visit Darjeeling as its just 2 hours from Gangtok, so we booked this hotel based on recommendations. On reaching the hotel, in first look it looked great, we were welcomed properly but when we entered room our problem started, as it was February month it was cold, bed heater was not working, warm water was not coming in bathroom, we complained it, they rectified heater but warm water issue took very long to get resolved, somehow we managed , staff was not welcoming and were non serious to address issue, somehow we slept next morning the bathroom got choked, water was not flowing, no warm water again, it was totally irritating as they claim that they were good in hospitality, while checking out we complained to manager but he was also not serious about it. Avoid this property as much you can.

Actually it's been devided into two on either side of road, main building and its extension. Main building includes, reception, dining , club house, bar, spa, child area.Ambience at reception and overall is charming, attractive decorated with antique images of Darjiling Attraction with crafty flower decoration. we were actually got rooms on other part of hotel which was little annoying. Rooms are all wooden looking really from century, Bathrooms are very congested..food was average, but staff were polite. unfortunately couldn't have a fill of overall ambience as we had to Check out early than expected departure because of tense circumstance there in town. Overall good experience which could have been better..
