stgeorgieva1807on 01/08/2017 09:38The hotel has very good location between the old and the new part of the city. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can select among several options for the breakfast. It is prepared right away and in addition there are some fruits and ceriels. Very good place to stay!
Excellent value for money

The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you would expect from a more expensive hotel. Also we were not overcharged for having single occupancy rooms. The breakfast is also good value. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good being an easy walk to the old town and fortress and also to the artisans street. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer had circumstances allowed.

Ангел Сon 28/05/2017 11:52Excellent hotel for the price, very clean with a perfect location at the center close to taverns, restaurants and shops, Tsarevets fortress is also reachable on foot. The staff was also perfect, extremely polite, ready to help, answering all questions asked rating 11 out of 10 for them.
Wonderful hotel

It is modern and elegant, quiet, clean, it offers great views, it is very close to the main street and the girls from reception are super nice. We loved them too :)
The room was big enough, very comfortable and warm. It has plenty of natural light from the big windows. Great WiFi connection on the 3rd floor.
The bathroom is also nice and big, but since the shower is open with no curtain or cabin, don't forget to take you slippers.
They have some parking spots but we were with the motorcycle and we let it in front of the hotel so they could see it all the time, as they recommended us.
Oh, and they don't have an elevator, but it didn't matter, we would still go back and stay there anytime.

Andrei Luca Pon 02/04/2017 20:58Very nice stay, the room is spacious, clean, the bathroom is clean and everything is functional. Heating is by air conditioning so could be tricky maybe in winter. Breakfast is ok, not much variety, nothing quaint, but is included in the price. wifi works fine. No elevator so it could be tricky for some people to get to the last 3rd floor. Parking is tricky, they have a few places on a very steep and narrow street near the hotel, otherwise you have to find a place on the nearby streets. Definitely worth the 35 euro per room. Location is very convinient on a quiet street near the city old center.
