Mark Won 16/06/2017 14:05I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away from this place, the woman who runs the hotel, is rude, arrogant and very unhelpful, when i asked for a clean bath towel i was faced with attitude and given what can only be described as a tea towel in return, my bedding was never changed in the many weeks i stayed and i had to wash it myself, the owner also walked in my room on many occasions... on departure they are also known for trying to charge for damages that never occurred. This hotel should be named the faulty tower as the whole place is a joke, I cannot stress enough how much this place needs to be steered clear of

Peter Con 25/04/2017 17:57Having travelled worldwide on business and pleasure, I can say I have stayed in a fair amount of hotels over the years and this stands out as the worst, the owner/s were the rudest, most horrible people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting let alone stayed in their hotel. The owner rudely told me I would have to move rooms to share with another person which I point blank refused to do.
Massively overpriced on everything, (l thought initially they were printing errors!). (A load of laundry will cost you the better side of 40 euros!).
If you have 'been in the hotel business for 35 years' you would think that you would know by now how to treat your guests, but this is clearly not the case. I was (rudely) treated like a hinderance NOT a paying guest.
Do not stay at this hotel!
stephanbourkeon 22/04/2017 08:54I was supposed to be staying at this hotel for two weeks whilst I was on business. However I checked out within days for the following reasons.
The owner is a arrogant vile woman who is not interested in any complaints whatsoever. There was no wifi coverage in my room. I had to go to reception to connect to the wifi I was paying for only to be asked what I was doing by the owner? The owner then aggressively attempted to order me back to my room!!!
"Don't give me complaints - just give me your money" I was shocked to hear from the owner!
The rooms are very basic - and I've stayed in much better hotels for less money.
Shoul be renamed the Bates Hotel
ambrogiowilliamon 03/03/2017 16:32this hotel was booked or me by a company I was working or in Germany.The woman who runs this hotel is arrogant and leave notes on the door asking you to turn the heating down or will move you to a different. room without letting you know, she also turn the Lit o during the night so I you are a smoker you need to walk down the stairs. In truth this place is nothing like the Glossy brochure they have produced
Worst ever
Ianbbest48on 29/12/2015 01:30I stayed here for 2 weeks, room was made up once. The owner was rude and ignorant, parking available yes but not welcome most of the time, wifi non existent. Staff how ever where great until the dragoon came alone. Move me out without warning. Then moved me into another room. Without warning moved a couple into my new room, really bad move.
