Rachel Ron 22/10/2016 08:30The staff were fluent in English and extremely helpful. Very clean! The room was full of amenities and there was a complimentary breakfast included. Truly central location and hotel is extremely well cared for with live plants and cozy touches throughout the property. Would surely stay here again!

Inga Lon 16/01/2015 22:39We've been staying at this hotel every time we came for Heimtextil for 11 years. Recently it has been renovated. Room looks very nice, but you can still smell new furniture, what makes some headache. Breakfast is good. Easy connection to Messe.

Christoph2708on 01/11/2013 19:58I stayed in this hotel for three days. Rooms were not cleaned during this time at all. The restaurant was closed on a Friday without prior announcement - pretty bad especially as there is no other restaurant in the area. Asking for reasons I was told: " We have a soccer event tonight in TV and I'm alone". Unacceptable after a hard working day. Rooms are old and of low standard, breakfast ok if you don't expect to much. internet access in rooms is given. Overall: definitely not worth the money.
Clean, simple hotel with nice staff
carlosfpardoon 07/09/2013 11:54I've stayed here many times since 2005 due to an long-term project in Eschborn. The town is not really very interesting, but I stay there because the office I'm going to is really near. The hotel is straightforward, very clean and the space you get is just exactly what you need- nothing less, nothing more. The breakfast has always been the same, pretty basic but you don't leave hungry (and they have nutella always!!). Staff are nice and helpful, thankfully not so serious-german.
This time I came and they had done two very godo improvements:
- The internet access was completely new and worked perfectly. All other times I came it was terrible, but this time finally they had improved.
- They seem to have bought a large space just next door so the lobby is more spacious and they have a coffee machine and some nice tables to hang out in the evenings.
Convenient for Prometric testing center
Planet_Connyon 29/05/2013 14:58Hotel is very convenient if you are heading to the Prometric testing center. Staff is very friendly, hotel & rooms are clean. Don't expect exclusive or charming interior, good for a short stay. Part of the breakfat room is nicely located in a "wintergarden" (room made by glass). The hotel has also a bistro area to enjoy your beer.
