Basic hard to find

Easy to walk from train station. Down side street. Only knew by number of place where was. Have to get in lift to 4th floor. Met by cristina owner. Basic room bed in and bathroom. Ok for single person wohldnt want any more people in too small. Easy to walk to places about 15mins to colosseum. Supermarket round the corner. Staying here to sight see so not in room hardly. Breakfast is a croissant 1 no more... coffee machine and thats it. Not great. Owners in mornings thats it not at night. Give you keys and map. Ok to stay at..... has safe in rooms, shower room and bed.

Good location but dificult to find. Friendly staff but the owner is only there in the morning and most of the time during the day the staff isnt around. The room is small but ave all the necessary and the bed is confortable. Breakfast is served in the bedroom with a hot drink and a croisant and some toast .

Cheap n cheerful for rome. Bed comfy room adequate. Best bits are the staff and location. It was difficult to find look for number 44 not a hotel sign.
Location is the main reason 10min walk and your at the colosseum or 2 min walk your at the metro.

You get what you pay for- almost !

We only needed a room for a couple days close to the termini & didn't want to pay more than 70 euros. (we paid 68 euros) Luigi was at the B & B upon our arrival. He was very pleasant & informative about places to go & gave us a map with great instructions. We had dinner at a recommended restaurant & got a discount when I explained Luigi sent us there. It was delicious. Unfortunately the room was very small, as was the bathroom. The shower stall was VERY small (anyone wider than 12" would not fit. I could hardly raise my knee to wash my feet. ) There was no room outside of our bedroom to eat breakfast. (which was a coffee, packaged croissant, packaged biscotti & jam. Nothing fresh.) The B & B is on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. There was a lot of noise from neighbours very late at night outside. The mini fridge in the room was not cold. This B & B is Ok for a place to sleep but I wouldn't want to spend any time there.

This b&b is comfy and it is what you can expect for the price you pay. As a curious thing, he gives you the receipt/invoice with the description of the room and the city tax (3.5€ per night) but in the total amount he writes only the price of the rooms, as the city tax were included but it´s not, so, the total is wrong (they make this in all b&b in Italy).

Advantages:The wifi signal was good, the breakfast was included (a glass of milk or coffee, jam, a croissant and a biscotate), the landlord was nice, the room was spaceous, the room had a fan.

Disadvantages:The breakfast was poor, the room smelled food almost during all day, nosiy neigbours not from the b&b but the next building, the mini fridge didn´t work, we couldn´t pay by card because the device didn´t work, the cleanliness was poor and the shower was very dirty.
