Nice room and surroundings
Tom Hon 14/08/2017 18:58Century suites is a beautiful place and the houses look absolutely amazing! The rooms have a lot of light, the appliances worl nicely and the view is on the gazibo is just beautiful especially with breakfast and coffee! The only thing that could use some improving is the housekeeping as our bed was often not made when we came back. However the cleaning lady was extremely nice and was more than happy to make our room when we reported the issue! It's also really easy to order food if you don't want to cook but all the kitchen appliances work great in case you do. Can only recommend this to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing place to stay in Bloomington!
Great place to stay!
lesliemcnultyon 07/08/2017 12:56My family and I stayed at Century Suites Hotel last weekend and had a great time. Our cottages was very cute and clean. We enjoyed walking around the nicely kept ground.
The staff was very friendly and available when needed.
We were extremely happy with our visit and definitely recommend to others!!
Couples retreat
Suzanne Son 09/06/2017 03:26Excellent customer service from Ian!! Our mother had a gift certificate that needed to be redeemed and we were the lucky recipients. We got upgraded to a king suite and were able to relax with the fire place and lovely bath. Everything was clean and beautiful!
Graduation Weekend
dillimomon 14/05/2017 00:32The hotel is very cute and I love the size of the rooms and the grounds are great. We booked for graduation weekend and they were great in helping make reservations and change the dates when we needed.The prices went up for the weekend just as the other hotels in town, but they were reasonable and didn't totally gouge you for the weekend, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful at the check in and they helped out my mom a lot one night when she stayed in as we went out. Our Hairdryer didn't work and they even offerred to run to Target and get us a new one! The rooms could use some updating they could be really really cute and 5 star with some updates.
Our only complaint was the housekeeping...well not the best, the 1st day we came back from being out all day for graduation and returned at 6pm and the room still had not been touched, we asked for extra pillows they gave us those but never mentioned cleaning the room. The next day we were also out most of the day and all they did was come in a leave new towels, but no cleaning up or taking the old towels lying around.

Volvo1967on 04/05/2017 20:14These are just the nicest suites! VERY clean, neat, roomy and loved the fireplace!! Will stay again in the future. Also a very nice complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Staff was professional and courteous!
