Great location - in the city center (2-3 min walk), close to the restaurants, railway station (1 min walk), cinema (1 min walk), bus stops (just behind the building) etc. I was not staying in a high season so the neighborhood was quiet and there was no noice outside despite central location of the hotel. Underground parking is available what is also an advantage. Great staff - very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean enough and you can find there all you need in fact, including a small kitchenette which is useful sometimes. WiFi could be a little faster but it is not bad (can be a little too slow if you would like to work in a 'homeoffice' mode). Breakfasts are good and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to those who are willilng to come to Lannion for any reason :)

Great location, price and comfort

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable except for some black mold on the ceiling above the shower and a coffee machine in the breakfast room that made terrible coffee and didn't heat the water enough to make proper tea. We would stay here again for sure.

5* for a 2*aparthotel! We arrive late! Call the number from the entrance and very quickly someone answer in a very good english! Easy instruction and we are in! Good size apartment with a small kitchen and balcony, good enough for 4 people! Park the car 1 min away from the hotel in a public carpark (free overnight, payment starting from 8.30am, recommend a ticket for morning)! Lannion is located close to the atlantic (not on the coast)but gives option for all the lovely villages and small towns of the coast! When back in lannion we will choose again!

Nothing too fancy, but functional and clean

Location was a plus. We arrived by train and later on picked-up our rental car from the railway station which was just a stone throw away from the hotel. True, the sign of the hotel or the entrance could have been more visible or inviting, but otherwise it was not too hard to find the place.

We stayed two nights in a double room with en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities. We didn't really use the kitchen, but fridge was nice to have. Room was very spacious with nice closet to put ones clothes in. The room was maybe a bit worn-out, but we had a good night's sleep and didn't have any trouble at all.

One thing though, I hoped the reception would have been open at all times, especially during the daytime. Now you couldn't anticipate when there would be someone to help you and when there wouldn't. For example I couldn't pick-up the hairdryer I would have needed, when would I have needed it, as there was no-one there and no info when someone would be there again. The rooms did not include hairdryers or ironing equipment but one could borrow them free from the reception.

We spent extra 7 euros to get our rental car parked at the hotels private parking facility. It was a good arrangement.

But I would recommend this hotel if visiting Lannion. It it as good as any, if you're not looking for anything too luxurious.

Great location and for £120 for a 6 person apartment you can't argue that its not great value for money. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Can't praise the Cerise Apartments enough. I travelled with 4 children and my partner and this was a perfect stop off point. 100% would use again.
