Lovely Apartment # 422

I have recently returned from Tenerife and stayed in apartment No: 422 at Residencia El Dorado. I booked this through Holiday Lettings and the whole experience with them and the owners was perfect. It is a lovely apartment with a terrace and view of the gardens and pool. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything one needs. It has high end appliances and is very tastefully furnished. A pleasure to spend time in. Also, a bottle of CAVA was on the table for me with a welcoming note which I find is a lovely gesture. Would recommend.

Booked apartment holiday lettings No 828 top floor. It was a larger than I thought from the photos nice & modern with a kitchen that would have graced a larger place, bathroom clean & modern & worked well.balcony overlooking tennis courts but did`nt get any sun which could be a bonus in the hotter months.Just a small complaint thought the owners should have a welcolme pack would have helped with keys for entrance to building pool etc. All in a good stay & nothing like some of the negative reviews I`ve seen

The complex is well located and well maintained . The pool area is very nice but the pool bar wasn't open . The pool was cool but pleasant and I had a lovely long swim. Our apartment was 310 it had its own wi fi which worked well and gave you the 5 main English channels on the telly. It was fairly basic but there was everything you needed ( washing machine etc). There was some noise from nearby bars but nothing too bad and a lovely view (if you ignored the car park directly below). The owners were easy to deal with and contact if there are any problems. There's loads of on street parking but spaces are at a premium. Mornings and evenings easiest . Would definitely return if visiting the area.Probably not much for kids in the complex.

Nice complex and central to everything but apartment was not good.

Booked a privately owned apartment on this complex, whoever cleans & manages this apartment needs tuition on hygiene. Absolutely disgraceful. Dust everywhere,everything in kitchen area full of sticky grease, never been properly cleaned for ages and the microwave and electric hob area well say no more. Fridge full of rust at the bottom and when opening the door the rust fell off on the floor, also no light in it either On a positive note the apartment got the sun on the balcony nearly all day, bedding was clean but oddly matched, the overhead shower in the bathroom was excellent but the bath was full of rust around the drain, toilet board looked like the original from when complex was first built. Would never recommend this place to anyone or use it again.

Stayed here Feb nice modern apartment 828 overlooking tennis courts, read a review from somebody else for same apartment 2 different places I think. The apartment we had was very modern with a kitchen that would grace a full sized famliy house very clean & a good sized modern bathroom where every thing worked well. Its a great central location & when we were there most of the residents were more of the mature side all nationalities so it was nice & quiet.
