Well located
chas58on 19/04/2017 22:45Nice budget hotel, well located near shops and restaurants. My room was adequate size, comfortable bed, decent bathroom. No AC and warnings about leaving the windows open (monkeys) so the room was stuffy. Eventually decided that there was no way for a monkey to climb to my window and left it open.
Good budget hotel in heart of city

What we liked:
This hotel is located in center of city, all touristy spots are within 2-3 km range.
Economical rates - may be due to offseason
Rooms are big, though strangely shaped in hexagonal (room no 304)
Decent view of main road and mountain
Breakfast is 7.30 to 9.30 - basic menu consisting of Idli/ Vada and Bread butter
Options for pure veg just in walking distance
Ervakulam national park bus starting point in walking distance
What we didn't like:
No lift so would be an issue for elderly unless you take room on ground floor
Yellow light in the interior which is depressing

royarkaon 11/04/2017 06:11We have taken an AC double bed Deluxe room, which was indeed spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom nicely cleaned. Hot and cold water facility available for 24 hrs. Restaurant and food quality and quantity was good.

mpriteshon 01/04/2017 11:18We booked it for a night, 3 rooms. We arrived early and they had rooms ready, extra beds were provided as required. Reception guy was very good and cool with all the questions we had. Good recommendation for kalari and kathakali show.
Would definitely recommend it.
food was very bad and costly... morning breakfast was also okok
srinathjan27on 01/02/2017 06:01I went for a honey moon trip from Yatra tourism, they have given this hotel to stay in Thekkady, ambiance and hospitality was good. food was very very bad no salt at all and very costly , I never recommend this hotel for food to stay it is ok .
