Proper Italian Ski Hotel

Stayed here as part of a large party of 50 students and staff. The rooms are comfortable and there is always plenty of hot water after a hard day on the slopes. Its about 200m to the nearest ski lift which gives you access the Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio ski areas. Ski bus stops within 50m from the hotel or its a 20min drive to the Groste lift in Madonna
The bar area is cosy with an open fire and there is a private sauna, steam room and hot tub available.
Stayed on full board: Good hearty breakfast, typical ski trip packed lunch and a full on four course meal in the evening.
Marco and is staff are very welcoming. This is a great base for a couple, a family or a large group.

A great hotel

I have just returned from a holiday here. The hotel has cozy bedrooms and good bathrooms. Marco the owner is fantastic as are his entire team. They could not have been more welcoming and took great pride in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The dining room and bar area are excellent. The food was plentiful and exceptionally good with great choices after a hard day skiing. The sauna and hot tub facilities were a pleasing bonus. An outstanding holiday.

My husband and I learned about Chalet Fiocco di Neve while I was looking on-line for a ski vacation package. We originally wanted to go to Madonna di Campiglio, but then I saw a package offering hotel + Pinzolo ski pass+ 10 hours of ski lessons; all at a very reasonable price. That’s how we ended up in Pinzolo, a small town nobody in my country (Kazakhstan) knows about. And we loved it!
The whole region is very beautiful and the mountains surrounding Pinzolo are awesome. Incredible scenery one can enjoy from the top of ski slopes. We also had a great view from our hotel room.
Chalet Fiocco di Neve is three-minute walk from the Pinzolo ski lift. Also very close to ski rental places and supermarkets. Everything is walking distance.
Marco, the hotel owner, greeted us with a big smile. We enjoyed Marco’s sense of humor and friendliness.
We loved our room - very cozy, super clean and warm. After our travels in Milan and Venice the room looked huge! And it was very quiet, too. Felt like we were the only guests in the hotel (while, in fact, it was fully booked).
We very much enjoyed the hotel’s private Jacuzzi that you can book in advance for a 30-minute slot (and absolutely no problems with booking it).
Great atmosphere, everybody was very friendly, both the team who runs the hotel and the guests. We loved the karaoke night that was organized at the hotel one evening.
Incredible service provided by Marco, Matteo, Florina and the rest of the team. These guys are always willing to go an extra mile to serve their guests, everybody is a hard worker and they never stop.. amazing!!
Very good food. Dinners were so big we could hardly eat everything! And we enjoyed everything we tried.
We truly loved our vacation and would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anybody.

Pleasing visit

Went with my school here from Navan, County Meath, Ireland. They were very accommodating as we arrived at 2 in the morning. We filled up the hotel except for 3 rooms. The breakfast was delightful and the showers on our return from skiing the showers were always roasting. Would come here again.

Marco and his team once again provided an excellent base for skiing at Madonna, clean,comfortable traditional hotel with good food, atmosphere and staff.
Second stay for our party and I am sure we will be back.
