Don't stay here
Tim Non 27/06/2017 03:32Stayed here for 8 nights. Our WiFi didn't work they never even tried to fix the problem but there guy had some cheap phone that picked up WiFi signal better than my Samsung note 5 or iPhone 6plus could pick up. So in other words it was a boring time in the room when it rained my laptop wouldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi. The housekeeping couldn't even do their jobs it seemed like I had to nag the person in the office to even get my room cleaned not to mention run the sweeper change sheets or even clean a toilet around that place. It was in a great location, quiet, away from all the traffic of town. I would like to have gotten some money back for the awful service I received while staying there it wasn't worth the price I paid. I will pay more to stay somewhere else

Al Won 22/06/2017 05:35Great view from your room but the hotel itself is was worn and thread bare. I could accept that if it was a bargain, but $400 for three nights it is overprived.
House keeping, what house keeping. If it wasn't for them replacing the used coffee (not rinsing out the half filled pot), and propping up their tip envelope we wouldn't have known they had been there. I don't tip you for NOT doing your job. Not vacuumed in four days. Carpet was older than Moses and fire place burn marks galore.
To get Wi-Fi you have to stand by the door.
We were there for the Great Smoky Mountains so didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the Smokies were great, this place, not so much.

DawsonEsteron 19/06/2017 13:29Very great 1st trip me and my girlfriend enjoyed every minute of it wish it had a bigger microwave though great weekend too come wasn't busy but do need more room to park kept having to park all the way up hill some nights

I'm so glad im not the one paying for the room cause I would be asking for my money back. Pictures online vs. What we got in NOT impressed. House keeping needs to be properly trained on how to clean rooms. I've worked in hospitality for YEARS. This is disgusting. There were water bottles from previous guests left. Not to mention what's up with this outlet? Half the lights in the room dont work. Oh and the carpet at the closet..dont go near it barefoot unless you want to get stuck with the tacks/tails used to "secure" the carpet to the floor.

Andres Zon 05/06/2017 17:49We spent one night in this hotel but we wished we would had stayed a little longer, the view from the room was amazing, and in the morning you wake up to the sound of the river and the birds. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they told us where to go to find the activities we were looking for. Overall, although we stayed just for one night the experience was really nice. The rooms are big and comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay while going to the Smoky Mountains.
