Hyped hotel with basic facilities
Joydeepchakraon 29/08/2017 11:15The hotel is hyped...its pretty basic hotel but since it is present from quite some time, it has been hyped...the service is lethargic, the waiters are pretty much like govt. servants..the upholstery of the room is basic and not at all value for money...The hotel's location is pretty close to the airport but the hotel lacks flavour... The breakfast buffet was really good, in terms of spread and service...internet speed was average...
these guys added Service Charge to my final hotel bill despite GST... this was removed post my questioning but why hotels have to do this...
A Quality Hotel Value for Money
Abhay Kon 28/08/2017 05:42Visited in July 2017 for my business trip and stayed 4 nights over there. The Hotel is one of the Best Hotel in Patna with all the amenities what is required for a comfortable and pleasant stay except swimming pool facility. The service was very good except one or two incident i.e. Once I asked for TV remote from room service boy and instead of giving remote, he was asking why you need remote and argued with me which was really annoying for me. The staff behavior was not at all pleasant in that incident.
Overall good experience at Chanakya.
Food quality was very nice specially Breakfast. There were more than sufficient items at morning b'fast which was really delicious.

Sony_Mamgaion 17/08/2017 06:48Hotel Chanakya is one of the hotels in Patna with good ratings but what I personally feel is that this Hotel is not up to the mark as compared to other good rating hotels. Though we have not many choices in Patna in terms of stay this Hotel is very expensive and don't worth the price.

Rooms are pretty well made.staffs are quite friendly,service is quite fast.we tried the food as well which was quite good.Its a good place to stay with family in a city like patna

Abhinav Pon 11/07/2017 18:43My room in the Chanakya Tower was clean except the washroom..Air conditioning was good for the month of June as the temperature outside was very high. However, the room service was not very efficient. The morning breakfast exceeded my expectation. There was no swimming pool in the Hotel. The location of the Hotel is good.
