What People are saying

THIS HOTEL IS AN EMBARASSMENT

seattleproon 09/07/2017 03:21

This shabby place is god awful. They have the gall to charge about one hundred bucks a night to sleep in a hotel with chipped paint, wallpaper, and furniture that is understaffed and looks like a construction zone. Frankly, it is an armpit of a shell that used to be a Super 8. If they had any ethics, they would close this joint until the renovations are finished. There was no notepad, actual drinking glasses, or breakfast in the morning. I don't know what else is available in this town, but I would never get near this seedy structure again.

You get what you pay for

Great check-in, friendly employees. Obviously going through a renovation and/or takeover. On the surface it looks pretty good, but then you start noticing the peeling wallpaper, the very old elevators and bathroom stains. It smells good though. The bed is crazy soft, not sure if that is on purpose. If you are even slightly finicky about your hotel room, spend the extra money for a different hotel or wait until they are finished updating.

Room damp, loads of condensation on windows and no breakfast

kelse1990on 27/06/2017 21:03

The room itself was ok and the bed quite comfy, it was quiet and being an insomniac, that.s very important.
However, no breakfast is included and there was loads of condensation on the window and looks like all the other rooms too. Wallpaper was peeling off many parts of the room and there was water damage to a bedside cabinet and brown stains under the sink/toilet in the bathroom, they.ve either had a flood or have some serious damp issues.
On leaving I did notice they were delivering new mattresses, just my luck but if they are renovating then they should either close the hotel or heavily reduce the room rates.
The 2 English blokes on reception at night were friendly.
Usually I will complain to reception about the room if unsatisfactory but thanks to greyhound bus delaying my trip by over 10 hours, I didn't check in to this hotel until 8am so I was totally knackered being up over 27 hours.

Worst experience ever

Well knew the hotel was doing some renovations. Just checked in today and the lobby was clean, but as soon as u walked past to the elevator u saw big carpet rolls on the other side near the fitness center (which is closed), the elevators work well but the cleanliness of them is disgusting. Got off on my floor and observed cracks, and tears in the walls. Walked in the room, which looked clean, but it's falling apart.. the night stand drawer handle is broken. The toilet looks old and rusty. Bathroom floor is dirty, some plugs in the room work as other don't. They aren't even serving a contential breakfast and the pool is shut down.

Not bad for an overnight stay

The hotel was ok for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. The hotel was under some renovation at the time I stayed so the lobby was bare and you had to take a voucher for breakfast and walk to a hotel across the parking lot.

The room was average, clean but nothing special.

There were no vending machines at all in the entire hotel and no concession area to purchase drinks or snacks. I opted to order take out and there were several choices located close enough to the hotel for delivery.

Overall, if you just need to stay for something in the area its not a bad choice.
