3 stars hotel with view on marina! we had room 105 on ground floor with own big terrace next to marina! fantastic view! furniture basic, could be updated! ok with parking-plats. Location is also ok. Stuff is kind but not to involved!

Got in late on our first night, (shortly after hurricane Irma) found mold on the curtains and bathroom. Told the front desk the next morning and they could not be more apologetic or more accommodating. They immediately made a different room ready for us, had us inspect it and moved our goods in. Our back entrance/patio opened onto a dock and marina. All of the people we met here were wonderful. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I will go back here whenever plans allow.

We loved the Chart House. Room was spacious and clean. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I believe the lady who worked the front desk's name was Diane. She was GREAT. We will definitely be back.

Chart House very nice the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. There were not a lot of amenities but it was a short walk to restaurants and the center of Clearwater and all the stores and attractions. The outside and pool need a coat of paint but it was clean. This review is really a 3.5 but I could not get the buttons to show the half a point. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice small family friendly hotel, very accommodating hosts they were great with the kids. We had a great room overlooking the bay great views and if your lucky enough will see dolphins playing.
Not too far from the beach 10-15 min walk away
