AdBlokeon 14/11/2017 16:17Our room smelled like an old locker room - sweaty and disgusting.
There were lots of stains and wear and tear in the hallway/rugs.
We were excited to rest up in the mountains after being in Quebec City and Montreal.
The staff we that encountered were not very friendly - the hotel was empty and they told us we could not check out even 30 minutes later, and they did not upgrade us to a better room unless we paid a fee.
There were jackhammers and construction going in very early in the morning - very disruptive.
Some hotels go the extra mile and care about the experience their guests have - or at least try to offer alternatives and apologies - this hotel is not one of them.
Next time we're in the area we will look into other options.

Vallarta Life Pon 04/11/2017 00:07From the minute we arrived we were greeted and recieved the best service one can expect from a hotel. The accommodations we're great as well. We hope to be back soon as this place has great prices and staff that treat you right.

AleChacon 17/10/2017 03:05Chateau Mont Sainte Anne is my family´s prefered hotel in Canada!
We have stayed for the past two winters for a ski vacation and it was great. The staff is really great, not just nice, but with great initiative to help us.
It has plenty free parking which is nice. Breakfast (although not complimentary) is delicious, the best breakfast we have had in Canada.
It is really ski in ski out which is great and the in house ski rental and shop is great.
Beds and pillows incredible and fully equipped rooms first class.
Definitively recommended and hopefully returning!

Experience with Chatteau Mont-Sante-Anne
Delwar Aon 06/09/2017 16:05It is a great place to stay in Mont-Sainte-Anne. The reception staffs were great and very helpful, but I had a very bad experience with the housekeeping staff. We stayed there for 2 nights from September 3 and 4, 2017. When we came back to our room at the end of the day September 3 we found that our room was not tidied up as usually done. They do not enter a room when the guests are in. We had our dog (a maltese) and she was with us always (in the room and out side). When we called the reception about this, we were told that the dog was in the room and not on leash, so they did not clean the room. That was a lie and nobody from the management called us the next day to find out exactly what was the issue. We raised our concern during our checkout time and were told that the management is looking in to this...but how. There could have been another reason for not cleaning the room but lying is not an option and lack of connecting with the guests is not an option for a resort management. The reception staffs are as good and best as they are instructed to. We are disappointed and most likely would stay in another facility next time we go in the area. It is a beautiful place to visit.
