Lovely Bed & Breakfast
Travelqueen5451on 20/08/2017 19:30Stayed in this historic B&B for three nights as we explored Chatham & Nantucket. Owners were very kind, eager to please, served lovely breakfasts & paid attention to each of our inquiries & requests for dinner, beach & ferry recommendations. A lovely bouquet of fresh flowers greeted us in our room when we checked in! Beautifully restored with attention to their guests needs!
Great three day stay
jetterjeanneon 07/08/2017 22:08My husband and I stayed at the inn for a three day getaway. Our room was lovely and comfortable. All the linens and soaps were excellent. The innkeepers were very available to answer our questions and make suggestions about our stay. The breakfast was yummy and always had a starter course and then the main dish. Who knew you could have apple cake for breakfast!! So delicious. There is coffee, tea and more available all day long. It is about a ten minute walk to the heart of Chatham - most it has sidewalk except the last 50 yards or so closest to the inn. We walked or biked most places in town. Highly recommend!!

mjc3636on 07/08/2017 19:49To say our stay at the CGI was nice is a ridiculous understatement. It was superb, amazing, wonderful...the adjectives could go on and on. Not only were Andrea and David incredibly hospitable, they were knowledgeable of the area and extremely friendly. And the breakfast?!? It was the kind of breakfast you expect from a large, high end resort. (I'm still craving more of the french toast that is served on Sundays). The Inn itself is a wonderful combination of modern design with the old, classic New England charm. We stayed in Room #7, which I highly recommend for the bathtub alone. The other rooms in the Inn are also beautiful (we had friends in another room) and it was very well appointed. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were the softest I've ever slept on (I'm ordering a set from my bed at home). The bathroom had amazing spa features. We just can not say enough about CGI.
You could continue to look for a place in/around Chatham, but it would be a waste of time. Chatham Gables Inn is the best...no wonder they have so many 5 star ratings and all the accolades from Fodor's and Select Registry. Thank you, Andrea and David...We hope we get back to Chatham soon!
Wonderful stay in Chatham at this lovely inn
KateNY50on 01/08/2017 14:07I was on the Cape for a wedding and stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful inn. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable and had every necessity that I needed. Breakfast each morning was served in a nice sunroom and the food was delicious. My room was at the front of the house and I worried about street noise, but it was very quiet. The proprietors are very gracious and gave me several tips on what to do and see each day, which I really appreciated. Will definitely return when I'm next on the Cape.
Very nice stay in Chatham
kitkat1515on 30/07/2017 14:01We had a very lovely stay at the Chatham Gables Inn. The owners were very hospitable and keep a very clean and well appointed Inn. Lots of attention to detail. The breakfasts were tasty. My only issue, which is a minor one, was the low flow style shower head.
Would highly recommend this Inn to anyone visiting Chatham!
