UK couple from manchester. First off i was very nervous after booking this because of reviews. This was are first holiday as couple away with out are kids in 9 years we been together every other time been with kids. We turned up were we was handed map and are key card Sent on are way i dont mind that as i like to be left alone. The place is hugeee. Theres 197 apartments im writing this review as were sat in the cave bar because were about to check out after 7 days here. I would say it been all round good holiday we was all inclusive drinks never ran out at the bar well not while i was going. Vodka wasnt watered down for change compared to some all inclusive. Breakfast spot on scrambled fry boil egg. sausages chipalatters or how ever spell it bacon rashers beans all cereal fruit etc. Dinner was Mixed every day not bad stuf chicken all.kinds from roasted to better chicken Chips past rice with some kind for fishing every day. Tea time was same but again Mixed up if toast chicken for tea there be breaded chicken for dinner there was fair few options past dishes we eat out most tea time. Snacks at bar were nice so if didnt enjoy dinner before and after you could have many snacks.. apartment we was in room 126 was slighty dated but it is 3 star we had everything we could need in.there toaster fridge freezer washer cuttlery and more. We left are door patio door and windows open all day every day was willing to take the risk even though i had some expensive stuff in there as it was so hot but nothing never got stolen. Clean towels every day beding changed every 2 days.. Pools are but smaller than pics but pictures on website of the pool looks better in person with trees etc round yes i woukd say if apartments were updated decor sorted. But its place where i get my head down not somewhere im sat in comfort everynight like my home.. I think its nice safe family Friendly holiday we woukd be looking at come back with kids at some point they are in middle of doing some room up. So imagine couple years should all be uptodate. Entertainment could be better some nights but again after having few beers we go out. Staff are Friendly do what they can to help. Beds arnt the best but All round good holiday i would come back again did hear odd person moan about there room. Apart from that speaking to people seem to enjoy it here. Theres 2 bars in the day one at night..
I would say if your fussy person like to nit pick expect the world for nothing then this really isnt the place for you. But if your chilled easy going person can take few things on chin like decor and dated rooms then i think you will enjoy it.. Sorry about spelling etc on my phone.
i would Advise everyone to go with open mind.
Look at it like this how many songs do you hear at number 1 in the music chart and you think that is terrible exactly each to there own.
If you book it i wish you all great holiday. And walk right allong the front lots shops bars and at least 4 diffrenet beaches. Enjoy

Cockroaches in bathroom
Faulty plugs in apartment
Cockroaches in restaurant
Food average
Only salvation was Davina behind the bar lovely lady friendly hard working 10/10 for her
1/10 for this hotel

Very run down and tire, felt scruffy and pool dirty

Booked this last minute as friends staying in the complex next door so could meet up, thankfully they were as we spent more time with them. On arrival was sent to room 146 it was up a lot of steps and was filthy, smelt of smoke (had requested non smoking) had a big cigarette burn in the sofa bed, doors mismatched and hanging off in kitchen, ceiling in bedroom cracked and peeling. Had paid extra for aircon no remote and roasting hot, terrace was a few tiles deep then dirty looking gravel and mesh on a fence overlooking the road. Went back to reception to sort air con, clerk on duty very apologetic said I had to pay €50 cash deposit to get the remote to turn on the air con I had already paid extra for! Gave me cards to three other rooms to look at, room 2 smelt of burning electrics, room 3 foisty smell and not clean with a cockroach sitting waiting for us and eventually room 25 which we accepted for its proximity to a pool. On the plus side there is a washing machine, but there were no shower curtains and a pile of dishes in the flower bed outside the door, still no bedding for the sofa bed for my son. Reception tried to help and got him a sheet and security brought him a pillow.

Lights don't all work, extractor and light in kitchen area have to be on at same time. Paint is peeling, laminate peeling on shelves and table, the table only had two chairs and a very wobbly leg! We were worried to lean on it! One wardrobe in bedroom no drawers, safe in wardrobe chargeable as extra. Whole place made us feel like we were camping.

My son went in the pool with his dad it was dirty and he said it looked misty when you went under water and tasted funny. Comparing this to the Cristian sur apparments up the street and it was a real disappointment especially for the price I paid £729 for the 3 of us for room only here for 6 nights plus flights of £1234 and was really not impressed.
We've stayed 3* before and never seen anything so shabby! Thankfully we were able to use the pool at our friends complex and go out to eat so ended up using it as a bed only.... pretty expensive camp bed! Beds had massive dips in the mattresses did not sleep well.

Positive... once the aircon was switched on it was nice! But surely they could come switch it on without charging €50 for the remote to turn it on and then we've never touched it again!

Sadly not the experience we expected for the price paid, we appreciate that renovations are taking place but in the rooms we saw non had been renovated yet. Reception could also do with an update laminate flooring is wearing and the paint is looking old and peeling. If this is 3* I hate to consider what 2* looks like :(

Pleasant holiday, needs some tlc

Returned from checkin bungalows 2weeks ago. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, we felt the whole place could do with some tlc. The rooms are cleaned well and are spacious, with a good size balcony and comfortable beds, but need tidying up. There are 3 smallish swimming pools, (not really big enough to swim in) , the square pool was big enough to swim, we used the one closet to the bar and restaurant, it was manned by very strict lifeguards, who told anyone off that jumped in or splashed too much, and we weren't allowed inflatables towards the end of the holiday. The entertainment lady Shirley was absolutely amazing and singlehandedly amused us all day and night. The stretching and aqua gym were great fun. And our boys enjoyed darts, pool and ping pong competitions. The family atmosphere around the pool made our holiday. My main complaints would be, there was never enough bar staff (they worked very hard),the floor especially around the square pool needed fixing, it was rotten and needed completely replacing. Food was ok, and always plenty, but not much variation (if you like chips and pork you are ok) although we did have venison a couple of times. Its cheap and cheerful, and would definitely have no problem going back. Don't be put off by bad reviews.

Disgraceful and disgusted

I travelled to this hotel on the 10th of August and I was so disappointed in the place it wasn't what I had seen on the net when checking it out and then it was recommended by a travel company saying it was one of there top hotels well to say it was out dated is and understatement it was filth our apartment was invested with ants and every morning we got up they were around sink In the presses and in our sugar dead cockroaches in the press and running around. My partner was getting into show and he held on to hand rail and it came away from the wall which ened up hurting himself we reported to the maintenance man on the second day of our holiday and still wasn't fixed when leaving. We paid €2500 full board for this hotel and we couldn't eat in it as the food was disgusting I wouldn't give it to my pets and my 12 year old couldn't eat anything as it had no children choice so we as a family had to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner which cost a lot. The entertainment for children was crap and nothing for adults as the bar closed bang on 11pm. The pool area was dirty and the pool was filth and the filters wasn't working for the first 4 days which turned out my daughter picked up an infection in mouth which cost more money to get antibiotic cream the children were not aloud plat with tubes or lilo beds which on Sunday 12th the life guards jump into pool and pull the kids out of them not worrying if the children could swim they knocked my partner of the lilo bed and he went under took a panic attack and I was try to pull him up but he was dragging me down. Another man grab one of the life guards after knocking his daughter out of a tube and child couldn't swim I went to reception to complain but got not satisfaction from the man in reception basically told me to put it up on this. Families fighting and police where call a couple of times. Over all it was my first time in check in bungalows and Tenerife and I will safely say it be my last I was never so disgusted with a hotel how dirty and food horrible cockroach running around even in the food area
