Horrible motel experience. My toilet became blocked from basic use. I reported to the manager and was grunted at. It later escalated into an argument and the onsite manager blamed the offsite manager who was also short over the phone. I requested to change rooms or be given refund. I was ignored and snarled at every time I walked past reception. Argumentative and unhelpful... no respect for the fact that most guests are suffering stress visiting loved ones in hospital. I agree with the other review.. avoid at all costs.

Just found the man behind the desk very rude. Asked if I was going to mess the other beds in the room, if I did would be extra ( didn't I pay for room?)clearly I was on my own missed flight... Asked for credit card details saying I may damage things and he does that to everyone. I am in late 50 and he says that! Rude rude rude. No shampoo, conditioner nothing. $100 night never again.

A very quiet motel in a side street not far from Chermside Westfield shopping centre, Prince Charles and Holy Spirit hospitals.
The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.
The room contained a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, sink, cutlery and crockery.
The only downside was insufficient onsite parking, however plenty of on street parking within a short distance of the motel.
This property has two levels, ground floor and first floor. There is not a lift, only stairs to access the first floor.

Amazing husband and wife hosts at the Chermside Court Motel. They are so very nice and friendly and so helpful when I was staying there while my partner had bypass surgery in the Prince Charles Hospital.
Highly recommend this motel.

We were allocated a ground floor room which opened onto an open court yard which was nice. The room was spacious clean and tidy. The staff was extremely helpful and lovely. This Motel was perfectly placed for our needs when visiting our son in Kedron. It was quiet and has a microwave and sink and toaster so helpful if you want to save a little on meals. It is also very close walking distance to Chermside Westfield. There are only 5 car spaces but after normal work hours plenty of parking near by. We were charged $230 for a Thursday and Friday and really were quite happy with the price. We would happily stay there again.
