I stayed here for a conference. The room was lovely, clean, well appointed and quiet. The staff was excellent in all areas, front desk, shipping a box, restaurant, bar, coffee bar, bell staff, all VERY nice and pleasant.
We ordered pizza one night, as a group, and ate it in lobby area. They brought us plates and silverware and even cleaned up after us and wrapped the left overs!
The meeting rooms were the right temperature, clean and well lit.
The food during the meetings was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I attend a lot of conferences, and the display of food and the quality was far above what I usually encounter. There was water available for all speakers at all times.
I have another conference at this hotel in April and am actually looking forward to being there again!

This is probably our 4th or 5th time staying at this property. It is a great place to stay for a park-in-fly. It is very close to O'hare. Our last trip were were in the United Club with in 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. We even checked bags.
The hotel has a great restaurant onsite. It isn't the cheapest, but the food is really good. The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is also within walking distance to Chicago's mass transit.

I was a bit wooed about hotel near such busy airport, but sleep quality and rooms was perfect. Had no issues. Also it easy reach from Airport, that is huge benefit planing business meeting. Business longe is ok.

We had two rooms at this venue. The facility is lovely and well maintained. One room was stellar in every aspect! The second room had some issues; i.e., soiled bathroom linens and the electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work! Also, parking fees seemed to just be a money grab! Checked in after 4:00 pm on Monday and checked our about 9:00 am Tuesday; hence, we think being charged for two days was inappropriate! Issues were taken up with customer service to no avail! When you are an out of towner attending a family funeral, you simply expect more courtesy! This is our first time complaining, if you will, about a Marriott property!

Very nice visit at this hotel.
Clean, comfortable and courteous staff.
Beautiful pool area.
Not what you would expect of a "near airport hotel."
Left my phone behind in room accidentally. It was found turned in to loss prevention staff and able to be returned to me same day. I thank all involved in that!
