Horrible stay
giggles1973on 28/10/2016 21:07Staff were all very rude during checking in and checking out. Room was cold when we arrived due to heater being off. It was only 34 degrees outside. It took a couple hours to warm room up. Lots of noise from road.
Good budget motel
Eaton228on 18/08/2016 18:59This is a budget motel, that is the basis of the rating. Don't expect luxury. The room was small. Air conditioner loud but effective. Bed was comfortable but lights badly arranged. Bathroom was small, shower tiny. Plenty of hot water, but shower head is very high. Needs a shower head on a flexible tubing connection. Fairly quiet at night, even close to major street.
Microwave, coffee maker, TV, no fridge. No convenient plug for laptop. Outlet buried behind microwave, very awkward. I unplugged the coffee maker to get a free slot. Wifi signal strong, good speed, completely satisfactory.
Location is excellent, right near Shell station and highway ramps. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Connie Don 03/05/2016 19:13This motel has had a bad rep for many years. I finally got the chance to stay and experience it for myself. To my delight , it was not at all like any of the stories I had heard. It was VERY clean. And the staff was very helpful. Quiet and peaceful night sleep. Comfortable too.
Clean and suffucient
Anita Fon 21/04/2016 02:06We checked in late on a Saturday night and were given an accessible room right next to the office. The motel is right off of the main drag, so there is a lot of road noise. After reading other reviews, I had expected this and just left the fan on the heater going. This was extremely helpful. The room was clean, and the front desk clerk was friendly. It wasn't the Ritz, but then again, we didn't pay Ritz prices. I would say it was sufficient for the price.
