What pissed me off was not how overpriced and super small the rooms where but how dirty everything was. One day i came back to my room to find out new towels placed on the bed and bins were taken out BUT the duvet and sheet cover were on the floor!!! Pillows were scattered on the bed. The cups were not washed properly, i could still see remnants of the cup-a-soup i had. btw, i soaked them after use for easy cleaning and they still didnt do it right. This isnt a cheap room, you could at least expect a well made bed at the end of the day. For the 4 nights my husband and i've stayed, they NEVER made the room...EVER. SO PLEASE...IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Before coming to London with my child, the only thing I wanted was a clean bed with breakfast in the city center. Well, the location of the hotel was pleasing, but everything was that! When we arrived at the hotel, witnessing the dirt of the room and the hairs on the pillows and the sheet was the first thing which disappointed us. Then we were told by the lady, who said she was the manager, that we had to have our breakfast in our room. I rejected as I hadn't been informed that there wasn't a breakfast room in the hotel and there wasn't enough space in the room for the two of us to have breakfast. Moreover, I told her that having it on the bed wasn't something very hygienic. Of course the problem was't solved and in that hotel we didn't have breakfast at all (The breakfast fee was't deducted from the total price, either.). As there wasn't a mat on the bathroom floor, my child was on the threshold of falling down and hitting his head on the floor. Finally, there is nobody from the staff from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thus, in case there is a fire, an electricity cut or a safety risk in the hotel, you won't be able to find anybody. However, when we explained all these to the employee of the hotel, who said his name was Mario, we faced with one of the rudest, one of the most disgusting reactions in the world and were blamed of being crazy! To add, he suggested us staying in Hilton if we wanted all these!!!

Well, I will never ever stay in such a family organized hotel which is totally far away from being professional. Maybe I will pay a bit more, but I will have peace and won't let rude, poorly educated, misbehaving people get on my nerves as this is completely against the logic of going on holiday.

To conclude, if you want to stay in a hotel near a tube station in London, just go for it, because in Chiswick Lodge Hotel, you won't find anything more than that!

Not sure what you could say about this place that would be positive.
Most issues have been covered by others but the one that did it for me was when I make a cup of tea the milk in the containers came out in a solid lump.
Total chaos in the morning meant I went without breakfast notwithstanding my concerns about hygene.

Horrific and totally not impressed Arabic speaking customer service train so very near and you can hear the sounds loud

Don't attempt to book any of these here as it was totally a disaster noisy loud bang coming from train station and mind you no breakfast as they included on the company's own book services not to be recommended at all as for business purposes neither for pleasure as well be ending up having a migraine headache and poor sanitation curtains so dusty and hot in the morning !!! Went out at 730 am and has parking but weary where to park ?! Even when you pay but no spaces provided for a pay bay either ended up at the resident pavement paid by ring go apps and totally confused state and penalised even you pay online ....

Worst places I've ever stayed at a run down dirty dump...

Stayed here for one night didn't know when I booked it how bad it was as I didn't read the reviews I was in a rush when booking.I've stayed in a 3 star hotel for cheaper than I payed for a dirty old run down room in this hotel.For £89 for the night at Chiswick lodge hotel I got a bed with stained sheets a cracked broken toilet seat a small dirty shower that a 6.1 man could not fit in and a light right above the shower covered by dirty broken plastic which is so un safe.we had to open all the windows when we got in to the room the heating was on full in May on a warm afternoon we turned the heating off from the wall.And we were woken up at 6am the next morning sweating the heating had been turned on full By the hotel staff.if we had there so called breakfast which we would not stayed for we would off got toast and tea..this hotel should not be called a hotel it's just a b&b half way house...
