Good looking, but could have been cleaner

The hotel looks good, the rooms are big, but housekeeping was poor here. The room wasn't cleaned daily, the trash can was very small, but no one was taking the garbage, maybe once every 2 days.
Indeed, you have to pay for the AC (7 euros per night), but this works good.
The hotel is 30 minutes away from the Pantachou Beach, which is good, but not so impressive. You can also go to Nissi Beach by bus from the Center of Ayia Napa, which is 10-12 minutes away from the hotel. This is a minus that the beach is a little bit far from the hotel, but a plus is that is in the center of Ayia Napa, so you can visit it all. The clubs are close if you are interested.
We ate here only the first night, the food was very good. I also recommend Hungry Horse which is near the hotel.
I came here with my boyfriend, but the location wasn't loud as it is saying, we had a room behind the pool, so we didn't have problems.
I gave this score because of the poor housekeeping and the distance to the beach.

Well all am gonna say is wow...i loved this hotel from start to end. The staff did everything they could for u and the rooms was fantastic so clean. The pool area was brilliant and the food at the pool bar was really nice. All in all fab hotel will definitely go back 😍

I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. The staff are all lovely and so friendly. The hotel has everything you need, they serve food until late and all food and drinks are reasonably priced. Had absolutely no problems with the wifi which they have available around the pool and in the bar area. The seating areas and bar are always kept clean and tidy... and the hotel is situated close to the strip and a local supermarket is literally across the road for any essentials. If we came back to Ayia Napa I wouldn't think twice about booking this hotel again, loved it!

I stayed here with 3 friends for a week this summer and had an amazing time. The food and drink were such good quality we ate there everyday. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is not a far walk from the strip and has a shop across the road. I would definitely visit again.

Perfect for a girls or boys holiday!

Myself and my friends were not expecting much from Christabelle before we arrived. We were expecting it to be basic and perhaps not so impressive. We were so wrong!! Our rooms were spacious, clean, had air conditioning, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were fine for ten nights. There is option to purchase use of the safe for a reasonable and cheap price, which all of us did for about 5 euro each. Rooms were cleaned (towels and sheets changed every few days). The food at the pool bar was delicious and was not overly expensive either; likewise with drinks (bar service too was friendly, fast and welcoming everyday).
The staff at Christabelle were exceptional, particularly the hotel's security man John! For a first girls holiday, safety was a worry but all 11 of us knew that if we ever needed anything John would save the day. He really looks after the youngsters at the hotel and made us feel extremely safe and secure before and after nights out. He does an exceptional job.
Christabelle is perfect for a girls or boys holiday (not necessarily for families with younger children), its reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is safe and is a 5 minute walk from the strip and a short taxi drive from the beach and waterpark (taxi fee usually only 2 or 3 euro each!!). There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel with good prices too. There is free wifi round the pool which worked perfectly also.

Would highly recommend for young people - myself and my friends had a great experience here.
