Gorgeous and relaxing
zenarmouron 22/08/2017 23:11Like many who come to Christopher Place we were celebrating an anniversary. Upon showing up we were told we were upgraded to the Lion's Den. This suite may just spoil us for future visits. We chose to have dinner there and the meal, and both breakfasts, were absolutely delicious. We sat in many of the rocking chairs and it is so wonderful to just look out at the mountains and delight in the silence. Bluebell the cat was as friendly as the staff. We definitely recommend Christopher Place.
Amazing experience!!
Gay Ann Won 12/08/2017 00:54We spent two days at Cristopher Place last week. The Roman Holiday room was exactly as pictured. Spacious, comfortable with great views of the grounds. The dinner on Tuesday night was wonderful. Every course featured fresh and local ingredients. The great experience continued even after we checked out. I realized I forgot some clothing in one of the drawers in the room - they immediately mailed everything to me in Arizona. Don't miss this wonderful B&B. It will make your trip to the Smoky Mountains even more special.

206pekkaon 12/08/2017 00:28Wonderful atmosphere! All rooms were well appointed and personal in character. Dinner was great. We'll be back. I do however wish to point out that the hike starting at the property and going up the mountain, and I mean up, was not easy.
Looking a Little Worse for Wear
19candi89on 11/08/2017 23:04My fiance and I visited Christopher Place a few years ago and found it a little rough around the edges for a four-diamond inn, but the staff was very nice, the room was clean and the dinner was excellent. So we decided to go back a couple of months ago when we were in the area on business. From the flaking paint at the entrance to the "Out of Order" sign on the ice machine (looked like the same sign, only a little more fly bitten, as on our first visit), it seems the inn has continued its downhill slide.
Three very enjoyable nights in beautiful setting
Ronhelon 22/06/2017 16:28A truly lovely setting with wonderful views of the Great Smokey Mountains. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were very attentive and breakfast excellent. Dinner was likewise excellent - a set menu each evening but of the highest quality. The only thing stopping it getting my excellent recommendation was that my wife has a lot food allergies which I had informed them about beforehand but which had not been passed on the kitchen. Worth another visit definitely
