This establishment has a very nice pool, good size so you can swim and it's open 24h. The bar makes nice traditional cocktails, but you have too search for the staff, and the bar, like the entire hotel is very very dated. To the point we got excited and nostalgic about certain items! Its cool time traveling till you get to the bathroom. Not only dated and dark, but everything you touched (or sat on) broke... The room is clean and comfortable and had a balcony with amazing views! Breakfast adequate. It's easy to get to, 7-8 min walk up a small hill from train station.

The hotel is old and charming enough with a nice outdoor space 🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️ But what I find really strange is that 2 days a week the have a marked just one street down from the hotell that sells all the fruits and vegetables you can think of at the best quality. And the hotellbreakfast is really boring with only slices of tomatoes 🤔

Nice but dated

Great location near the beach, the marina and bus station, so easy location to get to Gincho and Sintra too and only about 50 minute drive to Lisbon. The hotel itself is very dated and old fashioned in dire need of refurbishment, though some of the features like the old lifts are quite charming. The rooms are clean and all you expect from a 3 star, but again old fashioned, the tv is a tiny old style tv looks like something from the 80s with a terribile picture (but then I didn't go on holiday to watch tv), there was no kettle in the room for making tea or mugs but we asked for one and they found us one but we had to buy teabags and milk, I thought tea/coffee making facilities were standard in all hotels? Breakfast was fine, same every day not much choice, lots of bread, but again for a 3 star pretty decent. The pool area was nice and clean well maintained by the nice Brazilian lady there, and it was not overcrowded and pool towels were provided. We had a nice view overlooking the pool from a good sized balcony. My only complaint about the room was the air con was so weak it did not cool the room and the settings did not do anything so we had to sleep with the balcony door open and I still found it hot, and with a plastic mattress protector under the bed sheet that made it worse. I did not use the bar or restaurant so can't comment but again it's a bit old fashioned and seemed to have older people in there. All in all for a 3 star I would recommend this hotel just don't expect any mod cons, the reception staff were helpful too when we needed it.

It's a slightly dated hotel in need of a makeover. Rooms were more than adequate our room was spacious with plenty of storage . Staff were very very helpful. I would say good value for money In terms of location it's a 10/15 minute walk to the promenade. Frequent bus services outside the hotel.

Comfortable and great location

This hotel was in a key location only 5-10 min walk to the main town and beach. Hotel was dated, I have to say but was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great in the mornings with many options to choose from. Would defenitely return
