Michael Gon 04/06/2017 20:53Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Kudos to Patti for being so nice.The night check in lady was also super nice and offered us a late check-out without being asked ( we arrived in the wee hours of the morning). Room was spotless. Wow. Great value.
Great place
V Mon 04/06/2017 16:08Our family and several friends stayed here to attend a family function. The rooms were nicely updated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone in our group was able to find something to eat at the provided breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay there ourselves again.
Superb stay!

We were welcomed, guided through the return of our rental car, served an awesome breakfast, and then; with all our baggage, ECV and walker, were shuttled to the train station. Service well above the norm. We have already and will continue to recommend your in to everyone we know who is headed your way.

leroys2017on 30/05/2017 16:08we have stayed at the Cimarron for the last 15 Yrs. and always found it to be clean and the people there very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Cimarron to everyone visiting Klamath Falls as a great place to stay.
Great For Pets & Their People
AAAtravelmavenon 26/05/2017 20:13This is a nice updated hotel and great for we pet people. There was an agility competition going on, so almost every room had dogs! In that regard, they had lots of areas to walk for potty breaks including a grassy area around the pool with provided poop bags. Behind the hotel was a trail for walking and a off-leash dog park - not part of the hotel but super convenient. The room was updated and clean. Good size fridge and cold. Excellent water pressure and plenty of towels. The supplied shampoo and lotion were a nice bonus. Wifi included and fairly fast. Free breakfast too - eggs, biscuits & gravy, toast, cereal, juices, etc. We were late getting to it and the gal made me fresh scrambled eggs! Very nice.
