This property is newly rennovented and looks and feels so beautiful and zen. The lobby, the halls, the rooms are all gorgeous. The rooms feel like an expensive spa and have Netflix as well as great bath products. There is also a mini fridge in the rooms which I love. The front desk is wonderfully trained and provided an emergency toothbrush and razor. I would stay at this hotel anytime in the area. It is such a nice property and also has free parking. The only problem is in 3 days of my last stay, I ordered room service 4 times and 4 times something was wrong with the order. A year ago I stayed there and same deal. They want to have the fast, to go box concept for room service but I miss full service breakfast and not wraps. It is also so sad to eat a beautiful piece of fish or steak out of a plastic container instead of a plate. These take out “lunch” type meals may have their place, but not in a full service Marriott where a luxurious breakfast in bed on a tray used to be my favorite thing about staying in a hotel. Further, the food they are putting in these to go bags and boxes isn’t very good or accurate to what is ordered. Every single meal out of four had something wrong with it (as in not what we ordered or burnt or an ingredient we asked to be left off). The cocktail shrimp were spoiled too. I would stay here again. I would just skip the room service. I spent $200 on food for 2 people that was bad. Had we just taken that money out of the hotel we could have eaten like queens. They charged $12 for a kids grilled cheese and even though asked to keep the pickle out of the box, they still stacked the sandwich on it.
The bathrooms, pillows, duvet, and dual desks are all great.
The indoor pool is nice. Wonder why they didn’t put a hot tub in?
The gym is nice.
The front desk person said they take the WiFi off my bill because it wasn’t working properly but only took it off for one day instead of the 2 he promised.
The hotel did offer me a late check out very kindly.
It is close to a movie theater and lots of restaurants. It is a great hotel for any reason, just not if you want good room service.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting the Miami University campus. Yes, its somewhat of a drive, but worth it as there are many restaurants close by in the Westchester area.
The hotel is really beautiful since the remodel. The rooms are very clean and basically everything is new! The breakfast buffet in the lobby is an added bonus for gold and platinum members (and also for non Marriott rewards members at a fee).
Not complaining but worthy of mention...the washer/dryer situation at the property. While I understand that is more of a business traveler type of establishment, do not advertise that there is a self-service laundry. There is basically one washer and one dryer in a back hallway on the 2nd floor that can be used by the guests. Note: the dryer does not dry your clothes. Do not think of doing your wash here.

I've never stayed here before, but the rooms and lobby areas are very clean and up to date so I assume their was a recent renovation. Rooms are very nice, typically comfortable beds, large TV with an excellent video service including Netflix. The concierge level is closed on weekends so we got a complimentary breakfast buffet which was modest in variety, but excellent.
There is enough lobby area to sit and work comfortably if you want to get out of your room, and a nice bar area if you want to work with a beer in front of you.
Absolutely would stay here again.

This is a perfect place at the perfect price for a getaway to Kings Island. Way more amenities than a HI or a HH and at the same price point! The staff (late check in) a very professional lady from Serbia was all smiles and helpful. Exactly what you expect from this chain of hotels. This place is 5 stars. Book here.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Looks like all new fixtures and amenities. Staff is friendly and eager to assist you. Check in was smooth and quick. Food is very good as well. Gym is nice for a hotel. All high-end equipment. Plenty of establishments in the area too.
