Sami Aon 29/08/2017 09:08Do not be harry to this hotel and make sure you came late because your room is not ready and you will stay outside waiting for their mercy to prepare you a room.
The nearst hotel of you accepting early check-in try to do the same
great service by staff but needs some rethinking.
nara_NYon 26/08/2017 23:29good location. access to subway and Tram made it possible for us to commute across town. Staff was very very helpful. at 8 Euros, Laundry was reasonable. The rooms are small, flooring may need some work but kitchen is functional. Noisy right thru the night because of the traffic on Arnulstraffe
Very high concentration of middle easterners. As an immigrant I prefer to merge with the mainstream but here the identity is too distinct, Especially if you are a visitor, you came to visit Germany not Dubai.
Again this year, I had an excellent holiday by my stay in Citadines Munich

Rotten apples spoil the barrel
Jared Bon 05/08/2017 00:18We stayed at Citadines Arnulfpark in Munich for two weeks in June 2017. One night we had a problem with our air conditioning around midnight. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. My wife went down to speak to the front desk to report the problem and report that the phone didn't work. The dark-haired woman working at the front desk began yelling at her as if she was interrupting some important work she was doing. My wife was polite, said nothing wrong, but she kept yelling at her. When she gave up and went back to the elevator, a man came through the hotel's front door, and she began complaining to the man about my wife while she was still standing there.
One day I asked a different dark haired receptionist whether the two Macs in the lobby which appeared to be set up for customers could be used. The Macs had no keyboards but I thought perhaps that either they were touchscreen or else receptionist had the keyboards behind the counter. The receptionist working the front desk, with no one else around, looked up as if we were bothering her, rolled her eyes and said something like "What do you think? There's no keyboard" making us feel foolish.
On the other hand, other staff was vey friendly. The gentleman (who I believe may have been the manager) was very nice and reaccomodated us after we reported that we didn't like the first room when we first arrived. Two other of the women (who both had light hair) who worked the front desk were delightful and very helpful to us.
The gym was very good, the location was good (an easy walk to the center of Munich), two groceries were within two or three blocks. We had a nice stay except for the negative incidents ... just sad that given the hard work of some of the staff, we were left with a bad impression by other of the staff. "A rotten apple spoils the barrel."

We stayed from Saturday to Friday. An excellent experience.
