This hotel has been totally refurbished and was spotless.The quality of kitchen utensils was fine but a few more wine glasses and coffee cups would have been appreciated.The location is great 2 minutes to metro 10 minutes to garde Lyon.Grocery store right across street lots of bars and restaurants close by

Perfect for the price. Not fancy, just simple. The studio we booked was a bed, desk, tv, small bathroom and a small kitchen - equipped with microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, crockery/ cutlery and a few pots and pans. The room is not made up daily, unless you pay extra. It is made weekly if you stay that long. They also have a laundry service.
The only negatives would be that it is right near a hospital, so lots of loud sirens regularly. Also no air con, and the shower spills onto the floor a lot.

This Citadines delivers excellent value for the money.
I had a Studio room. The bedroom and bathroom were both of a decent size, roomier than what you'd find in a typical 3* hotel in Paris. The kitchenette included a sink, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher.
The location is in the middle of a pleasant residential neighborhood -- just a few steps to the local shops where folks do their shopping, with a small supermarket across the street. Metro station Reuilly-Diderot (lines 1 & 8) is just around the corner. And the Promenade Plantée is just a few minutes walk. If you don't know about the Promenade, it's a magnificent place (very similar to New York's High Line), and a wonderful to spend some time in Paris.
For a 1st-time visitor to Paris who is (understandably) interested in ticking off all the well-known sites, this hotel might not be such a good choice. And there are some important differences between the Citadines formula and a traditional hotel that you should be aware of (you do not get daily room cleaning, for example). But if you've been to Paris before and are looking for clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced accommodation in a nice neighborhood, this hotel is definitely worth a look.

Very nice rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom and a little kitchen. Even a small balcony, with quiet environment..
You can eat in your room buying food in the nearby restaurants or markets.
Ask for housekeeping (extra charge), otherwise it is quite disappointing.
Location is very, very convenient, just a 50 mts from the metro station.

We stayed overnight in Paris coming from the north and heading to the south. The hotel was close enough to the Gare de Lyon to allow us to walk with rolling luggage. It also had a laundry which we took advantage of . It lacked air conditioning and any sense of decor. It was okay but not great. However, there are many fine cafes and restaurants nearby. It works well as a stopover but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
