If you can see past the faults, this hotel is good value and central. The rooms are more apartments with good facilities including kitchenette with fridge, cooker and dishwasher. But, decor is not great, shower head won't stay up, fan doesn't work in the enclosed toilet, shower seems leak on to floor from under the bath and the hotel entrance is down a dingey dark alley off of Freedom Square that would be threatening to a female guest on her own at night. Some improvements needed.

Had a good stay, very friendly staff (Kate). excellent location, I would say it is value for money. I would definitely recommend it to my friends & certainly come back, everything was walking distance, supermarkets was closeby

Got an offer online and it was a great choice at the center of the city with very friendly service.
Got a room upgrade when I arrived because the taxi was not sent in time to pick me up from the airport due to a technical problem, so they fixed it and everything was perfect afterwards.
Would definitely recommend it .

Staying here as part of a Peregrine tour. The hotel has its good points: location near Freedom Square, large rooms, kettle. But these are overcome by its industrial location down an alleyway, a small eclectic bathroom, with an even smaller shower, expensive laundry (with VAT at, I think 13 or 18%, hidden in the fine print) and a poor breakfast (there is muesli, which is good, but the pastries were very hard). It is quite soul-less, and there are likely to be more charming hotels in this beautiful city.
