This hotel was modern and fancy. The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk from Embankment station that takes you everywhere and 15 min walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Room was great with all the amenities you need. No mini products in bathroom though.
It is quite expensive (but kind of expected) and you have to pay £12 for a continental breakfast (we didn't bother). No cleaning service during your stay unless you want to pay more. I got wine and chocolate in the room for my birthday:)

Citadines Trafalgar Square is perfectly located for anything you want to do in London. Theater, history, shopping, parks, underground, buses. The hotel is spotless, the staff is helpful and friendly. And there's 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

Happy stay. No frills room. Basic towel n shower gel available. Bring your own toiletries n bedroom slippers. Located between charring cross n embankment. Exit embankment on your left, walk down the street and pass theatre. Charring cross- opp tesco express. If u have a lot of luggage, better to come from embankment. Walking distance to Leicester Sq, Chinatown, Oxford, regent, carnaby st etc. lots of eating places nearby.

Stayed here for a single night during a recent business trip to London. The location is great, close to embankment tube and a minutes from Covent Garden. As usual with these hotels, public areas look good, but rooms are a bit tired, wood chip on the wall and an odd smell in the room. I was given a single bedroom apartment with a separate living area with kitchen facilities, which I didn't use. The bed seemed clean enough, but the bathrooms are not the best. Given the choice I wouldn't stay here if visiting London for a holiday, but for work it's probably the best of a bad selection.

Lovely studio apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Enjoyed a relaxing two night stay. Location really good for remembrance parade that we attended. Two minute walk to charring cross station/underground.
