Great stay

Love this place when i fly early. It's next to the airport terminal. It's quiet, clean and has great beds. You don't need anything else when staying 1 night. I like their concept. Trying later this year their Paris property.

I don't know if i could stay in any of these longer than a couple of nights. It's a little bit too small for a long stay. Also, like to be able to open a window. In an airport hotel that doesn't matter so much, but for city hotels wonder how they are.

A good find

Booked via booking.com and with City Tax and Breakfast was 135 Euro all in. So price wise not bad for an airport hotel within 5 minutes walk of the terminal. This no. Description building belies its interior. A former office block by the look of it converted to a hotel and if you are happy with modern chic, minimalist interiors this place is fine. Check in is wi th out queues at a bank of 8 check in machines that take payment, issue an electronic key card, allow you to book breakfast and effectively choose a room and floor. I stayed on an upper floor away from the lift. The room was extremely quie t and well insulated. This is not your regular hotel room but it has everything you would need. So the room is narrow with a large king width bed at one end which is the width of the room. In a circular pod in the left you have a loo with opaque doors almost like a shower and opposite and offset slightly you have a similar pod with what is probably the best shower I have had in a hotel room for some time. A curtain divides their area from th bed and leaves you with a bed, TV on the wall as a large flat screen and a desk and chair. Everything can be controlled by I pad if you wish, easy to use and interesting features. TV had French, Dutch, German and Movie channels also in English. Manual controls are availability if you want them. Breakfast was a hit and cold buffet with everything you would want and the only think missing from the room was coffee making facilities but personally I would rather have coffee in the lounge or cafe area and be amongst other folk. Check out was a swipe of the key card and an e mail invoice. So for me I would stay in Hotel M anytime. A great service, nice enthusiastic young staff to help if required, excellent comfortable seating areas around the reception bar so all in all a great experience. I will definitely use them again. Not sure if they have a loyalty programme of any sort but if they do I will be joining it. A good concept hotel.

small room, stay was fine. the ambassators were helpful during the check-in process. room had all the minimum features for my stay. food was available, range of choices. a quick meal and to room. large bed. small desk for my laptop.

excellent airport hotel

A trendy and comfortable hotel, prime location for airport. The special humor everywhere is the finishing touch for this hotel.For any traveler who needs to fly very early and for travelers in transit the ideal place.

Hotel of the future?

I spent a few days at citizenM while having meetings in between Amsterdam and The Hague.
Check in and check out are very fast.
The use of room space is amazing, with the "toilet and shower tubes;" the bed is comfortable. Very little space for clothes (the hanging space is very limited).
Just make sure to always keep the iPad charged!
Great location for travelers: access to Schipol airport is amazing.
